Waited for 10 to 15 minutes and literally no one came to help or ask me why am I here. After a while I went to a desk and explained my situation and she asked me to call costumer support which is not required. Really I was not expecting that kind of behavior. I just explained it in brief but it was worse.??

Zero star . Tried multiple times to verify check , 3 different branches , no one answered phone . All busy .Very bad customer service.

Staff is less than ideal, they don't treat you like a partner but like you are their subordinate.Also the clientele the area is not that nice or safe compared to other bay area locations.

The staff are not very happy or friendly. Can't get an online appointment for some reason. When I took my daughter in to open an account they seem annoyed I didn't make appointment, said we don't do walk ins and took forever just to be able to find and make me an appointment. Told me I should go to another branch, when this one is the closet to my hom. Very unimpressed with the customer service here and I've had my bank account here since 1995. Glad I don't have to go inside very often. Gave two stars for the location and ATM's outside.

The worst bank branch ever. The staff is never helpful. Went for a wire transaction, and was told that this can’t be done without an appointment and the fun fact was everyone was free in the counters. Getting an appointment for the wire transaction never heard that before. On requesting the staff was rude and never helped in anything!!!!

By far the worst bank I ever banked with. I’m getting all My documents ready to move to chase. Customer service is just pass horrible. From top manager to pretty much everyone. I would give them 1/2 star if I could. Don’t bank with them.

Worst branch location. Business hours are always wrong and misleading. Business hours online and on the door say open, and upon arrival it was closed. Very unprofessional.

I don't really write reviews if I experience something slightly unpleasant unless I go to certain places receiving terrible bad experiences. I went to this branch and it was actually my first time here, never been here. I walked inside on Saturday October 9, 2021 and mind you, I fell victim to a terrible scam and identity theft. I got a weird bogus looking check and it came from my identity being stolen. It looked definitely out of the ordinary and it wasn't even a real check. When I went in to get it reviewed, the teller who's a lady with black wavy hair looked mean, vicious, and she snapped at me, she was so rude and nasty, she asked "Where did you get this check from?" the way she asked was extremely rude and it was unprofessional. I barely responded and then she responded in a more disrespectful vile tone "this check is fake, if you deposit it, it'll close your account". I ended up walking out the branch disappointed and since the line was long, I couldn't do anything. If I had the teller's name, I would definitely report her dumbass. If you fell victim to identity theft and financial scams and receive material or papers that were a part of your identity being stolen or the scam, you seriously need to freeze your credit profiles and file a report to identitytheft.gov and let someone that you know and trust know about this. I did come here again other times and the other staff that works there (besides the rude ass female teller) are polite and friendly. I like Bank of America, no issues with the services, but I won't be coming back into this branch anymore unless I need to use the ATMs. I know there's one on the Truxel Area but its somewhat unfortunate that they closed. Hopefully they reopen soon. 1 star for the other staff that are polite and helpful.

I went to Wells Fargo Saturday to open a checking account. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Manager had to come over and tell me it will be about 2 weeks. Yikes. I went over to BofA and they understood what I needed, got me in later that day, and the whole process took 20 minutes. I would like to thank the Manager on Duty and also Isaac Rhodes for the great customer service!

Bank of America are the biggest scammers in the World! I deposited a cashier's check into my account. Was told the hold would be until 5/3/22. BUT it turns out the hold was longer than I was told. The teller told me clearly that my CASHIER'S check with the receipt and the debiting source were attached. I'm on hold yesterday 2x and the second time was on hold but the call center closed without notice! I'm calling the banking FCC. Bank of America does NOT care about their CUSTOMERS! Stay away from Bank ofcAmerica
