Terrible customer service. I have multiple business accounts and was trying to come in the branch to make deposits and get change but after getting into the business line I was rudely told by Damion to get in line for non business customers. It took me almost half an hour to leave. I gave this location two more tries just to go through the same terrible experience again. Never coming here again and will most probably switch banks all together.

Went to this location a few minutes ago to get some crisp new bills for a wedding I'll be attending soon. They were unwilling to help with this and instead gave me a number of wrinkled bills even though I told them it was for a wedding. The lady there did the absolute minimum.

I've been trying to meet with Zach from Merrill since August. The first time I went there, the banker said he will pass down my info to Zach and he will call me on Tuesday at 5pm. However, I never received a call until more than a week later around noon, even though I told them I won't be able to pick up a call during work hours because I teach classes. Well, I couldn't pick up a call and no matter how many times I called back later, he was never there. So I decided to meet with a banker again. When I met with a banker the second time, he said he made an appointment for me to meet with Zach on Saturday, 9/16. On 9/16, I went there to find out that the appointment was never made and Zach was moved to a different branch.The banker who helped me that day said she will pass down my info to Zach again and he will reach out to me via email because the phone call didn't work the first time. It's been a month, and I still haven't heard anything from him, or any other Merrill person. This is unacceptable. I guess I'm doing investment somewhere else.

Inexperienced bank tellers. I tried to cash a check, since i am a minor with no id i had my mother come to help. When i got up there i handed them my check and school id then he asked if i had a california id, which i said no. So that’s when my mom said she is going to cash it for me and i will write it off to her. After that the guy turns to the other teller and asks if they can do that and they talked for about 3 minutes. And said unfortunately they cannot do it. After my mom telling them she is a banker as well (knowing i can do that to cash my check) they still said i cannot. So we left and went to another bank of america, which they let me cash the check. Do not recommend this Location. Of course until the tellers have more knowledge. But seeing all the 1 star reviews (going back to over 1 year ago) i’d still recommend to go to another Boa

The financial staff at this branch are unprofessional and inexperienced. After two hours the banker was still unable to open a trust account and after two hours of frustration and reaching the end of my patience was asked to find another banker. Would suggest you find another bank.Regarding statement below from Bank of America: if your leadership team at this branch was concerned at all about deescalating the frustration they certainly should have appeared at the time or followed up by calling. Neither of which happened. Disguisting service.

I had a truly exceptional experience at Bank of America on 09/16/2023, all thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Bonnie. I had encountered a system glitch during a withdrawal, which left me frustrated and worried about my funds. However, Bonnie's professionalism, patience, and unwavering commitment to helping me resolve the issue were truly commendable. She went above and beyond, repeatedly apologizing for the inconvenience and working diligently to find a solution. Even when it seemed like a dead end with the manager on duty, Bonnie continued to persevere, and her determination paid off. She successfully managed to resolve the transaction issue, allowing me to pay my rent on time and avoid late fees. Bonnie's exceptional service turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience. Her dedication to customer satisfaction deserves the highest praise, and I am genuinely grateful for her outstanding assistance. Thank you, Bonnie! (I still do not recommend this bank as a whole) but at least they hire some good people.

Can you guess what bill is visibly wet, and what isn't? They wouldn't take my money cause they said it was contaminated and visibly wet. The one on the bottom is the visibly wet one. I had more bills they claimed were visibly wet and I handed them back to them and they didn't even notice. Mimi was AWFUL and treated me like I was a scum trying to get one over on her. So she called over her manager, Jonathan and he was just as bad. So much for doing business banking, for 10 years, with this bank. I'm closing out my account. Take your business somewhere else.

“Crystal” does not deserve to serve our people she is impolite, rude and unprofessional because she insulted and yelled at me, while the withdrawal or deposit of money is a simple idea. I wish the BoA mgt give her a good lesson to respect all equally regardless of race and beliefs and colors, I believe she was serving based on people’s race, since the waiting line was long I had the opportunity to be witnessed and saw she was very nice toward some certain people but I didn’t understand why she did that to me. And because of her I didn’t left my one penny with BoA. All I wanted from her to fix my account so that i can withdraw money form ATM but started yelling at me didn’t give proper info just asked how much you wana withdraw that’s it

there is a woman who works here. I can't recall her name but she's always so nice and so sweet always very helpful and gives me all the correct information. I just left the Marconi location where they were very rude and unhelpful and came to the Arden location to get help and she was so helpful. i came in at 1230 on Wednesday .

Customer service in this location under zero I had an emergency wiring I had to transfer some amount they told I have to schedule appointment and they didn't care about emergency I went 9 am when they no Customer, but they didn't even try to help, Because of this I'm changing my bank to Wells fargo .

The customer service quality is zero for this branch. I went on Monday and today, Wednesday, to create an account but the staffs were not helpful and one of them was very rude to me. Not recommend this branch.
