This financial center is one of the worst financial center. I wanted to cash my check the lady behind the window doesn’t know how to behave with the customers than her manager giving weird justifications. I left the counter without being served. This needs to be addressed and employees must be trained how to behave and handle customers accordingly.

Horrible customer service. There is only one banker here and a long wait and even know the staff has alerted him there are people waiting he was sitting around having 25 minutes worth of small talk with a customer about what type of work he does. How unprofessional is that! And yes I can see him and he is not typing or working on a new account

Me and my mom has been a member of BofA for over 20years. just moved to this area. And they treat people of color rude here, Refuse to deposit my mom check , the Rep that help name was Su. So just went to ATM machine to deposit cleared the next day. She thought it was fraud or something racial profile me. Really embarrassing , writing letter to corporate as well. Same check we deposit every 6 months into her account. Just sad. Changing banks now for sure. Had my elderly mom in tears. she was so confused..

Today I had the pleasure of walking into this Bank of America branch. A pleasure because of the excellent service and courteous greeting I received today. I've been doing business with B of A for over 40 years and had my doubt of continuing business with this company. However because of the financial advice I received from Katherine Moore my faith has been renewed. I've already added a direct deposit to my checking account and will shift some of my other banking activities back to B of A.Yes Katherine one of your Lending officers gave me sound direction. Keep hiring people like Katherine and I'll continue bank with B of A.C R Chalenor

I am incredibly disappointed. Why my checks are always placed on hold for 5-6 business days instead of 2? That is wrong however I have bills that need to be paid.

Trash place, made an appointment but they made us a walk in, waited an hour already just for some checks. if you had an online banking account just do it online, don't waste your time waiting in this trashy place.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!I’ve been a customer with BOA for 6 years, and really disappointed overtime. Empty windows and only few tellers working to assist almost 20 people that waiting in line. The worse was when I came to the window the teller (MANDY) not even say Hi just tell me to insert my car. She did not even ask what service I wanted just staring at me tiredly. Common I know the job is tiring and boring, but you’re working at a national bank. You’re hired for a reason right, at least show some customer service skill or people skill.

The worst place eveeeeer....I was waiting 25 min outside in the line,45 minutes inside in the second line to just deposit money ....only two tellers..what heck is this ?????Bank of America????more like Bank of people who don't know what to do ....But guess what they have 5 bankers sitting on the table ....worst place ever ...please don't come here so people who come here actually come and at least won't be staying here that long
