We’re really upset about what happened with my son’s haircut. he told the stylist—an older lady—that it was too short, but she kept cutting anyway. We showed her a photo of the style we wanted, and she didn’t follow it. When I tried to speak up, she responded in her own language and looked visibly annoyed which I thought it’s very unprofessional, That felt dismissive and disrespectful. We are disappointed. We paid for the service, but this crossed a line. I hope you take this seriously.

It's hard finding someone who can cut my hair right. One side grows curly and the other is wavy so it has to be cut differently on the wavy side. Vivian did a great job and got it right. Thank you.

If there was a zero star option I would choose it because the first time I went to get my brows done they came out pretty good but I had a rash I thought maybe because I had makeup on but who knows. The second time I went to get my brows done my mom told them that I got very red after and they just kept yapping about how the redness was maybe because i was allergic, anyways this time the wax was very hot and the kept using the same wax stick and after I left they didn’t throw it away which that’s disgusting, back forward to my brows they were superrrr uneven and my brows where thick and full after this my brows where thin and not very full. And I got a super bad rash, swollen eyes that I couldn’t open, and my skin got burnt. DON’T GO THERE!!!!!!

I needed a pedi-fills last minute and they worked together and gave both services. I'm in business myself and I understand how last minute appointments and just maintaining business in general can be a challenge but they've helped me out almost every time I come, and that's with no appointment. They have a Family vibe, easygoing, seasoned manicurist/Hairstylist and a good sense of humor.

Don't bother calling for a reservation for a certain hairstylist. If she does not feel like servicing you she will disguise her voice and say she is off today

I visited a salon for pedicures and hair washing. Initially friendly, they were asked about the pedicure package but I chose the regular one and they asked for the big package but I don't have time for it. Then she asked about the paraffin wax. The girl came look at my nails and asked me to do a manicure, I said I will come back another the time to do it not today. This happened begin here, she said "con nhỏ này nó CÀ CHỚN chứ làm gì có quay lại and something more". After that she washed my hair and just dry by towel. I asked her to dry my hair by machine dry hair. She told me it will be $5 for that. I don't fucking care how much but her attitude made me feel that enough. I'm Vietnamese too and I understood every single words you said from your shit mouth.Talk shit of me in front of me and have an uneducated attitude. I don't recommend anyone to come here. BAD SERVICES!!!!

I tried twice . May 17th 2023 The lady in first chair on right called me over and was rude , doesn’t look happy or welcoming but I was in a hurry. She tried to cut my hair without putting a white tissue around my neck and I stopped her! After that she scowled the whole time. Later I noticed she left long hairs around my head.August 30 2023, my barber was out of town so I tried again. This time I got called over by lady in middle . I noticed the lady in first chair in right look at me , she didn’t have make up and started scowling at me. Then she started taking to the lady cutting my hair. This lady was cutting my hair so fast because she kept looking at door waiting for the next person! My hair didn’t come out good and I had to wait 4 days to get fixed. Overall very unfriendly with bad cuts and they should put the lady in front chair to back chair and put someone there with a pretty smile that welcomes you. Lastly when I pulled out my card the lady in front seat ask for cash! That pissed me off because I don’t carry cash . Then she started talking loud in another language to the whole shop! I don’t recommend this place $18 for a simple cut is too high for the low quality !

This place went downhill since after the pandemic, My Daughter just went their to get her eyebrows done and they messed up so bad on the Job, she was Crying and had anxiety so bad' I'm not sure if this was done Intentionally! see for your self, Just Horrible Horrible!!!!!! I would give them Zero's Stars *****

I love this place!! I have been going here ever since I was a little kid. They dyed my hair the way I wanted it dyed, they also did my eyelash extensions correctly, and when I gave them a picture for inspiration for my nails they do it so much better then the nail design in the picture . The ladies there are very nice too I recommend this place because they have good products and make your desired makeover long lasting.
