Ever had an unexpected incident occur, well on Nov 18,2024. I went in to get my car repaired after I came to this shop anticipating just for the damages to be look at and quoted. However, I didn’t know I would be getting full service. They helped me tremendously with the ease of keeping contact with my insurance after I filed the claim. From when I arrived to body shop to picking up my car has been pleasant. They definitely made the process smooth and my mind at ease. I highly recommend the business, definitely will be back for future business.

Inflated pricing. After my vehicle was totaled my insurance reached out to me to let me know that beyond collision was significantly overcharging in comparison to the national standards to the point where I had to put the bill on certain things.
After reaching out to collision, they gave me the runaround with no remedy. Saying their prices are regional standards.. when other collision centers are charging a much lower rate. I should’ve listened to my insurance agent and went with their approved collision centers, and not the guy that just happened to pick us up on the side of the road when we were in despair.
Also, they gave my information to a lawyer down in LA who reached out to me. It just felt weird.

Beyond collisions did great repairs after I got into an accident. When the insurance was not responding they helped try to stay in contact. Even though it took months for my car to get repaired, not the fault of beyond collisions but the insurance, they were professional and had great communication with me. Would definitely go there again. Sam was great and always responded to my questions in a timely matter.

I had fantastic experience with beyond collision!!! Sam went above and beyond to fix my Kia after i was rear ended. I was afraid of driving to Sac after my accident, he brought my car back to me! I'm greatful for everything Sam did! I 100% recommend them. Thank you Sam!!!!

Highly recommended. Beyond Collision Center is THE place to bring your vehicle with any type of damage from a collision. Gave me the best service and advice and was there with me every step of the way to getting my 2021 Ford Bronco fixed and definitely went BEYOND to make sure everything was going smoothly. Car looks way better and looks amazing. Thanks to everyone in my 3 months of being in your care and service.

I highly recommend Beyond Collision Center to bring your vehicle to after any collision, big or small. My issue was minor but they went above and beyond to make my Jeep look better than the day I got it. Seriously, she’s a beauty! The management is top tier and Sam, the owner, was so kind, helpful, and candid about the process. This should be the standard wherever you go but in my experience it hasn’t been. Places like this are worth their weight in gold. I cannot say enough great things about this shop, their attention to detail, care for and communication with their clients, and overall amazing workmanship. While nobody hopes to come back to a body shop, should I need to, I know where to go! 🙌🏻🔥🏃♀️Thank you so much, Sam!!! 🙏

Just had my car fixed here and I couldn't be happier. My car needed some repair on my rear bumper as well as some of the underneath and now it looks like nothing ever happened. They were able to provide me with a rental which was way more convenient than renting from another place. If you see this Sam, thank you! And please thank your team for me too.

Don’t take your car here. I needed body work done to the ball joint - pretty simple repair job, and they didn’t give me my car back for 4 months! Now, 12 months later, I’m having to take my car to the dealership and spend $1500 to actually get the ball joint fixed, because Beyond did not fix my original problem. If you take your car here, expect it to require further repairs after you leave.

Beyond collision center was really miracle sent i recently got into an accident and i was very stuck on what to do i was recommended beyond from a friend so i gave it a shot the employees where very friendly and caring and making sure i was ok. Sam was able to make the whole process very smooth with no worries and took care of everything and my car came out better than new. I will definitely come back if ever needed. Thank you Beyond for everything!!

My review is about our "after Christmas " car accident, where my wife and I was stopped at a red light (on our way to take our son to get food for his lunch break). AS We were in conversation, with no warning, we were struck from behind, and banged up on the insidepretty bad. Our brand new car was a mess. MIKE from near by, saw us and rushed to where we were. After we took thepolice report, Mike offered to us his service in faith that he will bring our car back to us as before it was hit. Shaking up, we thanked him for his humanity offering, but we needed some time to process, and figure some things out. One day, the words he said to me that day "give me a chance", that was all I needed as a sign to know fate was speaking to me. He called to check up to see if we were alright (just a wellness call), I said "let's do this" I not only support him and his shop's professionalism, but he is a genuine God send.Services: Painting

This place and its staff are beyond amazing. They recently helped me after I was in an accident. The car looks brand new. The customer service is 10/10 and they way they care about upu as a customer --like you are family. They checked on me after the accident, walked me through my millions of questions by text even day or night, keep me updated about the progress, worked with me on payments and gave me a rentla car for FREE for the entire length of my repair!
