My stuff has been stolen 4 times now! And they tell me I can leave anytime! WOW, really that's how you treat a customer whose been here many years, whose paid my rent always (even if it was late), then they argue with me anytime they are in the wrong-which is quite a bit, this is the WORST storage to store anything you want to keep! I'm not over exaggerating either, they keep making me pay for things like if I stay past 7pm then they charge me 25$ & I once followed another car out & didn't put my gate code in & they say I hafta pay another 25$ for that, and the list goes on & on, I am struggling so bad right now and they keep charging me for things I know are not right!

I've been with this storage for over 7yrs and have always been treated more than a customer but like family. The staff and the serene location provide a friendly, cordial environment for anyone. Highly recommend!!!PsThe current staff, Ms. Kay and Mr. David, are phenomenal ppl- in And out of their place of business. Still providing exceptional customer service til this day.
