Bob Smith has been our family's insurance agent for many years. He is always there when we need help or advice. And it's good advice and valuable help. He always gets back to us promptly and clearly explaines how to deal with what can be a confusing situation.

I don't usually post reviews but after the great experience my wife and I just had at State Farm I had to post this. We had been with a different insurance company (I won't mention their name here) for years, but recently when it became time to renew our homeowners, auto and umbrella insurance policies with the company, I called our agent there several times, was told I'd get a call back, and never received a call. This happened twice. So....we went shopping for other insurance companies and after a couple of visits to Bob Smith's office, we decided to go with State Farm. Sindy Estrada is the agent who helped us. I actually went into the office three or four times asking various questions. Each time, I was helped immediately without waiting. Sindy answered all my questions, produced various quotes for our autos, home and umbrella policies based on what types of coverage we wished to have. I can't say enough about how helpful and responsive Sindy was. We happily made the switch to State Farm and are glad we did.

Bob has been our agent for years. Bob has guided my husband andI the best coverage for our needs, very competitive and fair. If we have any questions he is right there on the spot to answer any concerns we had. When my husband passed away Bob was rightthere to help me, and handled all the paperwork in my difficult time.Bob deserves 5 stars and more. I am very blessed to have him a myagent.

When we sold our home on the Sonoma coast and retired, we downsized and found another home in the same community. The problem was Safeco, our former insurer, decided they wouldn't write coverage for our new home. We found AAA would at the last minute and went with them so we wouldn't lose coverage. After a 50% rate increase from AAA last year (for no reason on our behalf) our neighbor told us about Bob Smith at State Farm. We called, talked to Sindy, and in about 30 minutes, Sindy gave us a great quote for both our home and cars. We even sent Sindy our AAA quote so she would be comparing apples for apples. Sindy has been just so nice to deal with, I highly recommend this office!

I had the grand displeasure of meeting and talking with this agent today and I must say, I found him to be arrogant and offensive. His demeaning attitude is enough to tell me all I need to know about him as an alleged professional as well as a representative of State Farm. His staff seemed bright and engaging, but I will not support an agency that is operated by such an unprofessional individual.
