Sales rep not the greatest. We purchased our tractor here and it went smoothly. We tried to purchase attachment and was given an estimated cost I requested an actual estimate to be emailed to look at numbers. And NEVER RECEIVED IT. Instead I received a text from Randy saying that the cost had change and I would need to pay more then quoted, but it will take him long to get an estimate ready. Because the store had to figure out why they paid more (in other words trying to figure out how to take my money) No problem but I still wanted my estimate of cost to try to purchase. To make story short it's like sharks looking for bait. Bad service! If you purchase anything from Sacramento think twice before giving them your money. I purchase my attachment for a fair price elsewhere and it took them less then 2-3 minutes to get it ready for me and yes, I purchased at a Babcat store.

Do not ever, and I repeat EVER purchase a single piece of bobcat equipment for your business, otherwise you will regret it immediately.We purchased a bobcat T-100 last year, and for the most part we were pleased with how it operated. That is, until we weren't.We barely used our machine for our business, only putting 30 hours on it in the first year, and on the second job we used it on, the machine overheated. We immediately stopped work, opened the hood, and saw the belt popped off, the air filter popped off, and our fan had melted.Having so few hours on it, and still being within the extended and standard warranty periods, we decided to bring it into Bobcat of Sacramento because repairs should've been covered under warranty (less than 2 years old with fewer than 2000 hours), but they gave us every excuse in the book as to why they felt like they won't warranty the machine. The customer service representative even tried to tell us the machine was 3 years old, even though we purchased it new in 2022. They tried to tell us that it was because the air filter and cap were detached and damaged, but they didn't even fix that problem when they charged us for the repair. The issue is still there, and they did not resolve it. Nor did they put any coolant in the machine even though it was empty and the machine needed servicing and repair. Now we have to wait for them to send us a new filter cap in the mail, and we made sure that their promise to send us a new one was documented just in case they try to weasel their way out of it.Nonetheless, after seeing every other review about this business, I'm not surprised by their awful customer service and their dishonest business practices. We will no longer be purchasing any bobcat equipment any time in the foreseeable future, which is rather unfortunate because we are currently in the market for some excavators and other heavy equipment for our business.Even though bobcat machines tend to be pretty good, get a ditch witch or a toro. you'll be far happier with the customer service.

After working with their equipment for a small family run company I can say they only care about two things. Their sales and their image. Once they have your money their word and warranty both go out the window.What a shame. I wish the Bobcat name was what it used to be. I would be better off taping a shovel to a Hyundai at half the priceThere is an honorable way to make things right, but Bobcat of Sacramento has yet to follow through on their word.

Mark Atkins and the whole rental department provide the best service in the Sacramento area. I have rented from them close to 10 times and every time they have delivered the equipment in excellent condition, on time, and at some of the best rates. Mark communicates flawlessly through the whole rental experience and is amazing to work with. The drivers are also super nice guys and have helped me on a few different occasions with different questions. I have rented from many different places but none compare to here could not recommend Mark and his team more!

I was only parked in front of the building overnight and woke up to a guy who apparently works for bobcat banging on my windshield to the point of cracking and splitting it yelling that it was a bad place to park for his trucks going in n out i yelled back no problem sir it was late i was tired I'll move in fifteen min he walked off but he looked back at the crack he made kinda scared but did not say a word about it ? How much more rude could he have been? Not cool un called for !

Jackie and Angie in the parts department were super helpful getting me exactly what I was looking for.I'll definitely do business with them in the future.Their prices were better that what I found on Amazon and ebay for the same part. :-)

Encountered one of their worker driving the company car on the road today and they were driving erratically in the fog even high beamed me and cuts me off. I hope you guys look into your worker's driving history before hiring them.

Don't expect good communication if you're applying to work here. I took the day off to come in for an interview, and after feeling good about it they told me they'd call me next week. They never did, and I left three messages over the course of a few weeks while putting my job search on hold out of courtesy for them. The manager never answered any of my calls, and never responded to any of my messages. I'm grateful though, because I have a much better job now since they've ghosted me.

Find a different shop! I was told if I drop machine of on Thursday morning for a simple oil service it would be don by Friday. Come Monday sill wasn't even started and when I told service writer I have jobs scheduled and it was supposed to be done on Friday he said "listen buddy so does everyone else" WTF seriously? I've purchased 3 machines from this place and that's how I'm treated. NEVER AGAIN!
