“I started using Glenn Malkasian as my Accountant because my dad uses Gary Malkasian as his CPA for our small business, and I will never go to anyone else! He is delightful, quick, and knows everything about taxes and what to do with money. I go in once a year for 30 mins (sometimes it doesn’t even take that long for him to finish) and he tells me exactly how much I will get back from state and federal, and within a couple weeks the money shows up in my account. “I paid to have my taxes done in 2021 before I moved out of the country. They have been doing my taxes for several years. I just found out by the franchise tax board that my taxes were never filed. I have tried calling a number of times and left messages but do not get a response. Really disappointing.
Update: I finally did get ahold of Capital Tax. The owner was not well and was not available to process my taxes. Fortunately he is better and my 2021 taxes are now being processed. Thank you for the response and for getting my taxes done.”
