I've been to the BROADWAY STORE LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES. THE STORE ALWAYS OPENS LATE HERE WE ARE AGAIN WAITING OUTSIDE THE STORE FOR A HALF HOUR STILL NO ONE. SIGN SAYS TIMES THE EMPLOYEES IGNORE

A few days ago I went to this Boost Mobile store. There was a special deal offering a particular phone for $15 to new customers. So I purchased the phone and after activation, taxes, service for the month and having to purchase a tiny adapter so I could plug in the phone to charge it I paid $131. Once I was home, the phone did not work properly. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with 611 talking to multiple people while they told me to turn my phone on and off and many others instructions. I was told the phone wasn't activated properly and to go back to the store. The person at the store called his boss and tech support and I had to go through another 2 hours of the same as the calls with 611. My phone still dies not work and they refuse to give me a full refund saying they would only give me $30. I don't recommend Boost to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE! THEY ARE CROOKS!

Was able to pay the phone bill and get a portable battery for it through the help of management. It really helped me out since I was in a pinch, great service and outstanding help....thanks boost mobile!!!Right now, unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my service to be restored...420am.

BOOST Mobile has been great for us until my husband's phone broke. We were paying $90 for 3 phone lines. He set up his new phone, and was told (online) his rate would go from $30 to $35. He said fine. But what happened was they automically removed us ALL from the family plan we were on. Then we each got text notifications to that fact and new billing of $35, $55 and $55 per month! What the heck??!! So basically they cancelled our plan and now they are saying that they no longer offer the plan we had yesterday! You mean the plan we did NOT cancel! So my husband just went on line and they DO still offer the plan we had all along. Why did the phone rep say they didn't? His new phone is 5G but the online plan says it is good for 4G and 5G. Oh, and they cancelled our autopay. Did Boost think we would be okay with this?

New Management is great, Very helpful, excellent customer service and Price is right on the nice accessories they have. Definitely will come back here if needed.
