DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BOOST MOBILE. I am highly upset because I had purchased a new phone from Boost Mobile which I paid $150.00 cash. However, it is useless to me. Boost Mobile will not unlock my phone even though I bought it and paid the full price. Boost Mobile has refused to unlock my new phone so I may be able to use it with another carrier. Boost Mobile service is no good in the area where I live. Therefore, I have attempted to sign-up with another carrier paid for a new SIM card along with activation fees and it turned-out to be more money wasted on a Boost Mobile phone I cannot use. Save your money avoid Boost Mobile. I hope my experience helps you from having any regrets. Yes I regret buying from Boost Mobile (I paid for the phone but they still own it). Bad business bad service poor customer service very poor.

BOOST Mobile has been great for us until my husband's phone broke. We were paying $90 for 3 phone lines. He set up his new phone, and was told (online) his rate would go from $30 to $35. He said fine. But what happened was they automically removed us ALL from the family plan we were on. Then we each got text notifications to that fact and new billing of $35, $55 and $55 per month! What the heck??!! So basically they cancelled our plan and now they are saying that they no longer offer the plan we had yesterday! You mean the plan we did NOT cancel! So my husband just went on line and the DO still offer the plan we had all along. Why did the phone rep say they didn't? His new phone is 5G but the online plan says it is good for 4G and 5G. Oh, and they cancelled our autopay. Did Boost think we would be okay with this?

Today my phone was stolen and I was devastated. I looked up the nearest Boost Mobile store to where I was and this location popped up. I saw that it was already 7:47pm and this particular location was closing at 8pm. So I raced there as fast as I legally could and walked into a wonderfully satisfying experience!! John not only gave me options of different reasonable phones that I could purchase but he also listened to my concerns, was patient, and extremely kind. He was extremly knowledgeable about the products and services that he offers and was willing to special order anything I wanted. What blew my socks off was this man stayed 40 minutes overtime to make sure that I left his store satisfied. Note that's stellar customer service!! Way to epitomize customer service John!
