(Before you read I do not correct any grammar or spelling before post.) Brought in a iPhone XR to get activated. States to the rude worker who needs to be fired for taking it too personal with her customer. I told her my daughter said it is a boost phone but I said I might not be I don't really know. . Rude worker said the only way to know is go through the process of trying to activate it. My phone needed to be updated while in the update process she claims that oh it can be activated she the said that will be 107. Remind you 30 is for monthly service and 15 for screen protectors and the rest sims card and activation is what she claims. Charges my card while the phone is done updating she then proceeds to tell me oh phone can't be activated. Ok fine please just refund me. Bitch said it's none refundable. Only monthly service is. I told her next time maybe don't charge your customer before phone is activated plus aren't you suppose to input an imei number to see if the phone is compatible first before processing to activate a phone and what phone did you put under that account to even activate. So we have a back and forth she getting all hostile on me Iike I'm an ex friend of her. Proceeds to harass my daughter calling her phone using boost mobile store phone calling her more than 10 times yes my daughter told her to fawkoff she took it so personal that made her look like she had some mental problem. Well my bank reversed the charges so boohoo to you lady. I suggest you go check that mental health of yours you can not work in any customer service job if you take things too personal to where your harassing your customer with the boost phone number. This store will scam you out of your money. This is not the first time they did this. Read the story before mine same exact thing happened to that customer as well. She also lied to corporate that she did mention to me that it's non refundable which is a lie. Corporate just view the cameras. She has to get a sale that day so she scammed me and I'm sure many more were scammed. I do hope corporate looks into this women who surly has mental issue that needs to be worked on first. No product no service why should I be charge for what was not provided? Who does that. She then said boost does that.

I bought a cell phone from them a few years ago. They seem to think that this entitles them, from time to time, to harass me with unwanted and illegal telemarketing calls and SMS spam. I've demanded that they stop, they promised to stop, but they won't stop.

I bought a phone from them a few years ago, and they think they're entitled to spam me with illegal and unwanted SMS advertisements and telemarketing calls. I've repeatedly demanded that they stop doing so.

Went in last month to see if my Samsung was compatible for service the manager at the boost mobile store took out a sim card and did something with the computer basically it was compatible for boost mobile service..The girl that was working there began to set up my phone activate with a sim card took her forever like she didn't know what she was doing.She finally said in for phone to work need to take a payment it was 60.00 for the monthly plan and phone was only getting text incoming or out but phone wasn't ringing kept going to voicemail..told the girl in there she said there l was nothing she can do and I couldn't get money back so I have a phone that just text and not call and customer service sucks too they barely speak English and and don't care and offer a remedy .called cus thotomer service two weeks straight they said they put tickets in no they didn't they didn't care very unprofessional would never go to boost mobile again.they just take your money and send you on your way..horrible horrible horrible

My mother inlaw went in there last month and paid her bill. They told her that her bill was already paid and that it will rollover to next month. When her phone was turned off she went into the store and figure out what was happening and man behind the counter argued and yelled at her that she never paid her bill and she needs to pay it. When she showed her receipts and bank statement they told her to bad pay again.
