When I upgraded, the lady told me that my insurance had rolled over to my new phone and when I tried to use my insurance because my screen cracked, I was informed of my insurance did not roll over so now I have to buy a new phone

This store is a UPS package drop-off and UPS sent my package here. I stopped by twice during their business hours to pick it up and they were closed both times. UPS ended up sending my package back to sender.

Always quick helpful and efficient. I sometimes have extra things that show up on my account. Overall customer service is okay however they neef to account when they make mistakes and fix them accordingly. I've never experienced what I experienced the last time I talked with them the lady who did help me thank you very much may God be with you your customer service was excellent 100x better than the supervisor with which I spoke with.
