The customer service agent he was playing a game on his phone and really wasn’t engaging into the customers. I was there first asking him with my phone and he ended up helping a customer. They came in behind me. I did not like that but other than that, the place was nice and clean.

This is online only. You call customer service to get a port out code so you can move your phone to a different carrier. You have to talk to four different departments and then when you get to that department, they say the our computers are down we can’t help you call back in two hours. This company is a joke. It’s like the Walmart of phone service lousy coverage lousy customer service.

Great Customer service. I can’t recommend this Boost Mobile store enough! The guys here are always extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve brought my iPhone in twice for screen repairs, and both times the work was excellent—the phone looked as if it had never been touched. The pricing is way more affordable than the Apple Store, which is a huge bonus.
What really sets them apart is their willingness to help with any technical questions or app issues. I often stop by just to get advice, and they always assist me with no obligation or pressure. Reliable, professional, and genuinely caring—they make every visit a great experience.
Will recommend them to friends and family.

Great guys, great customer service. Very respectful, helpful and polite. I always come here to this location although there is one near me in Roseville. They are worth the drive to.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a great experience at this Boost Mobile store! The guys were very helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain my options clearly. They set up my phone quickly, made sure everything was working, and even helped me transfer my contacts and apps. Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, and fair pricing—I left feeling taken care of and confident in my purchase. Highly recommend this location!

Easy. Easy. Easy. That’s the experience moving from Verizon to Boost. The Boost Store on Northgate has very knowledgeable and patient! advisors. Our service was excellent and thorough. No pressure sales either! I highly recommend checking out Boost at the Northgate location. Thank you Boost Northgate :)
