I believe there is only one gentleman who works at this location, but he does a great job. Boost Mobile got lucky when they hired this guy. He knows the company services really well, and certainly has more detailed knowledge of mobile devices than the average customer. He is also very friendly and tries to look into things further on a customer's behalf if need be. I'll try to find his name. Thanks for the help. Not all Boost stores are like this.

Thieves.. Don't give this location your hard earned money. They purposely took too much money from me and I caught them red handed. When I confronted them they wouldn't give it back. Corporate is investigating this issue. Steeling money from people when you're already making money at a store you own is very bad. I hope you guys go down hill so you can't do anyone else like this.I pray for you

This guy who works there open me another account while I already have one. I called customer service they have to close one and I thought I was good. Now I have another account open with another number and they are charging me twice again. I don't know if it's the guy doing it because I did gave him bs but I just wanted a refund when it was his dumbass fault knowing I have an account and should of told me to just wait for my SIM card. I don't know nothing about phone service because this is my first time and he literally knows that I didn't know what I was doing. He even said he didn't want to deal with me because he was having a bad day like wtf do your fuc***g job. I told him I'm having a bad day too like come on bro it's because of him. Lucky I didn't do nothing and told him I'll leave after talking to customer service. I will try to resolve the issue with customer service so I don't have to file anything against that person because I really don't want to go through that. However, I will be filling a FCC Complaint if this don't get resolved.

They should not have a sign with store hours if they never open at the time it say,all I'm trying to do is pay my bill,it seems every time I come at the time it says on Google with is 9:30 there not even open .
