My first time at this store, they just opened and 4 people standing at the front desk doing nothing . I went to the women’s department and was looking around for a few min and nobody offered to help me. I saw a women folding jeans and asked for assistance about jeans and she told me she was new and would grab someone . When she was able to get someone to assist me that employee didn’t seem like she was happy to help me so I asked her if I was bothering her? Customer service goes a long way, especially in this business, so I’ll be sure not give my business to this store ever again!

Absolutely loved this store. My husband always gets his boots from here. Dicided to come with him today and was amazed by how many diferent things are in here ♥️ Just look at videos and pictures. Will be back to choose mine 😉 👢

I have to say that this was a great shopping experience with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I came for a felt Stetson to keep the sun off while fly fishing and found just the one I wanted. I enjoyed my visit and my purchase and will return soon. Thank you Boot Barn and Crew.

I’ve been a long time customer of Boot Barn and was unimpressed with the staff at this establishment. Treated as if I was going to steal by being watched with items I would pick up and look at as well as when I would try on items. Constantly being hassled about taking things from me and putting up front or constantly reminded there is a policy of how many items I was allowed to have. Finally I got sick of it and confronted the staff about the treatment meanwhile my friend Emma has not been helped and is looking for assistance. It was brought to the managers attention while purchasing together $950 worth of merchandise. Not impressed and do not recommend.
