Brenda was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs, thorough, great at analyzing the offers we were given and advising us on best course of action. We were overall very pleased with the quick and easy sale of our house during a challenging time of lockdowns due to COVID.

We had to move my father-in-law from Dublin to an assisted living in Cameron Park. This process took us over a year and Brenda was just a huge help. She was patient and a terrific resource. When we finally moved my father-in-law out, she helped us strategize on how to sell the house. There was a surprise SNAFU (a leak from the dish washer) that caused us to pause and get new flooring and she was there patiently helping us resolve the issue. We feel very lucky to have her as our Realtor and we highly recommend her.
