Very very cool! Took a risoprint workshop here with my friends and we had an amazing time! Learned a lot about riso and can't wait to learn more! Bean was very informative and helpful and taught us in a hands on way that was very agreeable to my kinetic learning style. Classes are small and intimate which gives lots of room for learning from teacher and other students! Was a very inspiring time and I can't wait to do more riso art!

Beautiful people helping the community. The owner the helpers all of them. I find myself getting emotional sometimes as I go home from these trips to the art supply store, just feeling very blessed that I am still able to do what I love even though I cannot afford it. I don’t know if they even realize how much it effects me to be able to do art. It’s my only outlet and times are tough so thank you for continuing to let me do what I love ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Broad Room has allowed me to try something and realize it is t for me and the bring my un-used supplies here for the community to take advantage of! I love the no waste positive vibe and people here. It's a great collective with an even better cause ? Art For All!!!

The point that someone took the initiative to bring free art supplies and feminine products to the people makes this place a 5-star GEM. Support local. Donate to these guys. I have taken a couple of classes now at the Broad Room with Jasmine of BRKN H-Art and have thoroughly enjoyed them! It's a Great Space - a wonderful art co-operative where people can come to create, teach and learn about various art forms!

This concept space is out on Del Paso in this killer warehouse shared with Uptown Market. The raw industrial space is great for photography artistic inspiration, and a really chill place to get work done during the day. The owner, Claire, goes out of her way to make you feel welcome no matter what. BR also hosts local makers and artisans for workshops, meet ups, donation based yoga, movie nights art therapy, and tons of other healing, restorative projects! I've gained a lot from visiting the collective over the course of the last year. Broad Room is exactly what Sacramento needs, and I hope we become the Sacramento that Broad Room deserves!

Broad Room is a rare treat in Sacramento: a supportive space geared solely towards boosting up creative people through classes events and being a coworking venue. Claire works tirelessly to stay engaged in cultivating the art community in Sacramento and it really pays off in the events that she throws. Everything is done with such intention that it feels very genuine and homey, which is a rarity in the oft-snooty art spaces that can be experienced other places in Sac. Broad Room recently moved to Uptown Market and I am beyond excited to see how those two cool a** spots grow together but I just wanted to say that I personally met so many cool people and saw art I never would've been exposed to if it hadn't been for Broad Room and all of Claire's efforts. I will miss it since I've moved away but it had inspired me to focus on that kind of inclusive nonprofit community outreach work after grad school. Thank you for everything Claire!

This little spot was amazing! Lots of crafts and homemade goods. I went for an event where there was live music and a pop-up for food. I had a good time. Will definitely be back for more of their events!
