My bed broke and I scheduled a appointment they never showed up or had the courtesy to call now I have to wait another week just to reschedule. Very unprofessional and very unsafe. Safety should be there first priority.

I visited this place needed gloves there was a short round lady very rude stood there and watched me. Really lady you think I'm trying to steal gloves she shouldn't be working here in customer service she should be working in back of the store!

Utterly incompetent staff working here! I had a prescheduled appointment for some equipment to be picked up and the driver "couldn't find the address" but also didn't bother to call. I moved my entire week around to be physically at the house for the appointment. Girls working the phone are also slow and unprofessional, beware of this place!

Was called to pick up my wrist brace today. While on the phone I asked if I could give any info before to make the Interaction smoother when I got there. I was told no just come pick up. I drove 13 miles to get there to be told they have this latex wrist brace for me. I'm ALLERGIC to latex. Then I'm told that's all they carry and they have to order one in and and can't give me a lead time. Then to be treated so rude by them don't waste your time or money there. I can get the exact same one faster and cheaper on amazon. And I don't have to put up with the horrific customer service

Have purchased filters for my Philips Respironics System One Dream Station here before, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to sell them to me.Today I returned to purchase more filters ( it's been 4 months done the part visit) but THIS time they claim not to even carry the filters for my machine. The sales girl clearly acted like she didn't want to help. They're always screaming for a Dr's prescription. FOR FILTERS? GIVE ME A BREAK!!Update: Contacted by Broadway Medical whom advised the items were in stock and no prescription was necessary for the filters. I visited and purchased the filters. I was charged $38.00 for 6 ultrafine filters and 2 foam filters. A search of the item numbers on Amazon, reveals that I could have purchased 60 of each item for the same price. But at least Broadway Medical did make the effort to make good. Upgrading review to 3 Stars.

This company is very rude to you, the person at the front desk won't even look up to great you when you come in. When you ask to speak to the person that helps with a c-pap machine is available, they are always busy, left the office or they are not taking calls. they lie to you and are the most unprofessional group of people. I called there home office in Eureka to talk to there supervisor several times and they never returned my call.

I have a prescription waist braces for carpal tunel syndrome and i look in farmacies even medical supplies but this store the employees they have they can check if insurance cover and they don't even know what parts that I need so I don't know why this clinics exist

The front end person was rude, condescending and short. She even read my prescription wrong and told me that the prescription was expired. The prescription was written on the very day I visited the store. Besides being incompetent the items in the store was overpriced. I found the same items on the web for 60% less. Don't waste your time avoid this store.

Was very helpful even though i didnt get my bed it was only cause my doctor forgot to add that i needed a airloss mattress common mistake but he did add a mattress but not the kind i needed and helper was gladly made himself available to assist when i get the authorization and prescription for new mattress when i get it.

I have been having trouble ordering CPAP supplies from them. Was told back in January 2022 that my supplies would be shipped once authorization was approved. No supplies arrived. March 2022 they called me from the 707 area code number telling me I was eligible for supplies. Told them never got the ones from January. Another promise to submit for Authorization for supplies. Here it is May 2022 and I do a follow-up call to the 707 number that does the ordering of supplies and was told that I have a duplicate account and that is the reason my supplies weren't sent out either time and I would have contact the Sacramento office, so she transfers me. Of course the person I spoke to, Summer swears she doesn't see a duplicate account (of course she doesn't). She only sees a note from Laura who is making an erroneous note about headgear and full face mask,, which I had been asking about the replacement cushion (which is replaced more often than every year!) and has nothing at all to do with replacement hose and filters. So I suggested she contact Rose at the 707 number that noticed the duplicate account. Summer calls back later that afternoon, doesn't mention if the duplicate account has been taken care of but that I can have the supplies shipped but now I need to have my doctors order/ prescription extended because even though it doesn't expire until June 2022 I need to have it submitted for an extension before I can get the supplies that were to have been ordered in January and March of 2022!I have been with this company since July of 2021 and as of May 2022 I haven't been able to reorder supplies. This has nothing to do with insurance company dragging their feet. Apparently Broadway medical can't even get the order to leave their office!! I had to finally get the cushion for the mask online.I understand why people stop using their CPAP machines if it is this difficult to get supplies for ongoing compliant use of CPAP therapy. I came to Broadway Medical because I couldn't get anything done with my previous company because of their high turnover.It is a good thing stores like CVS and Walmart are starting to carry these supplies to make it easier on consumers

It's bad to come across a facility that has such a high rating and then when you contact them and see how unprofessional and rude the one you start with is. She came across in the normal California way, you know, if she gets fired then she'll get more money on unemployment!!!!! Standard California practice as of these days.

Very rude and disrespectful receptionist lady! even not response to my greetings!. it was my first visit 12/30/2021, and last!. wish to could put (0) instead 1 star. Awful customer service experience! Hope to never stop by this facility!

Absolutely horrible service. Called an hour before to see if they had the right size wheelchair in stock they told me they had several on hand. Drove an hour and they didnt have them. Had no reason why they told me that and just avoided talking or eye contact. Very young girls working that had no idea what they were doing
