Valery at the Arden mall location was amazing! I walked in and she was very quick to be helpful, I didn’t even ask and she made me aware of new arrivals and went the extra mile to help me find a a pair of jeans I’ve been looking for in my size even after not seeing them where they should have been! She deserves a raise!!

I had such a great experience the first time I came to this location! I had a return from Roseville galleria And I had forgotten my original receipt in my car I parked super far due to no parking I had asked if they can look up my account since I have a buckle CC. Samantha had said yes at first then she made me get my receipt from my car after already looking up and finding my account! Due to it being from Roseville! Then she asked me if I had my buckle card present I said no I don't have it here physicallyShe said we need it present to do your return?!! I said can't you look it up with my SSN she was like oh yeah we can do that! She just didn't want to do my return! I'm in the service industry myself! And I know how it is! She just wasted my time! NOT OKAY!!!

Fantastic customer service at this location! I came in looking for jeans, and James picked out so many great options. He knew all my sizes better than I did… down to my shoe size! I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of jeans and a top, thanks to his great suggestions. Buckle has always had good customer service, but this was the best by far! Thanks James! Keep up the good work.

Hubby and I haven't visited any mall in years... but needed to hit Arden for another store. We walked the whole mall and saw Buckle. Hubby has a few things catch his eye so we went in to look around. I'd never seen this store before... and we honestly didn't purchase anything... so my review isn't regarding that. We were immediately greeted by employees. I noticed two men and a woman working. All 3 were genuinely outgoing and engaged in their work (3/28/23) Unfortunately, that's impressive. Because These days... I see the opposite. The store had great music, displays were great, and the place was clean. Again, had another employee pass by us near the back of the store and he asked if we needed anything. Great, gracious employees. Good folks. We'll suggest your store to people we know who may be interested.

I went into buckle for the first time, and Sam at the Arden fair mall location was incredible. We went for my boyfriend, but she insisted I try on a few pairs of jeans despite me telling her I’m too chunky for jeans right now lol. Not only did she find me a perfect pair of jeans, but she also wrote down the styles and sizes of the ones I liked as well. Sam was amazing!!!!

I'm literally writing this from my car because this absolutely needs recognition! I came here to Buckle on my day off with this notion that I would maybe spend an hour or two trying to find a pair of pants and just be so lost. I have recently lost over 50lbs and just don't know what style or size I am anymore. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a girl named Valery. I told her my situation and she eagerly became my personal shopping assistant. She went above and beyond by gathering cute outfits from throughout the store and styling them for me in the fitting room. She checked on me throughout my fitting session, and gathered other sizes or shoes to go with outfits so I could have an idea of what everything looked like. The entire store was perfectly kept, had a nice variety of everything, and the staff was amazing. Needless to say, I left very happy and a little poorer because I bought a few really nice outfits. Thank you so much Valery! Your customer service was beyond appreciated!

Amazing service every single time I've been to any Buckle store. William was helping us out this time. He was very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions and was very friendly. Definitely a higher price tag at this store but the quality is amazing and staff is always great. If you're not a fashionista and could use a little assistance Buckle is always the place

Went to this store to shop and a female employee shouted from a far distance if my friend had her mask. She then told my friend to put it on and ended her demand by saying “gracias”. She didn’t not even asked politely and we felt very uncomfortable as she racially profiled us. We then heard she asked someone else for their mask and said thank you. Employee is a female with a broader Physique and dark long hair. She racially profiled us and her manager should be aware because other people would not tolerate this behavior.

Stopped into the mall and went to buckle and gabby was so polite and so helpful. We are from out of town, never been to this mall before and she was so wonderful. Thank you gabby for making me feel so comfortable in your store!

The customer service at this store is horrible and below 0’ the staff and Manager all are confused and very rude. Sammy the store manager she is a rude pathetic human being she lies eye to eye on your face like very easily. I d not recommend going to this store or buying anything from this company as I also tried to call their customer service which turned out to be even more funny and stupid then the store manager. I will never ever try to buy anything from them in store I won’t even take anything for free. I am way too disappointed and the owner or higher managers must control how their middle and lower staff are representing them to the world that is not too far that I will hear their way towards bankruptcy because with such attitude no one would try to buy anything from them.

I have been shopping at the Buckle at Arden Mall for years and have always loved the customer service and products but I was appalled by the treatment received by Samantha who rushed us at the door demanding a mask. I don't wear masks , I don't stand for tranny and someone taking my freedom of choice away , however if it's policy then provide a mask to your customers. She said nope. So then I said "ok well I will take my business elsewhere " and she was so chipper to say "ok go somewhere else " I honestly don't know if I'll ever return to this store again after that.

I felt very uncomfortable in this store. An associate unpolitely asked me to put my mask on (I was eating and forgot to wear it when I entrered there). I answered her "oh, yeah sure! Sorry" and I did it at the same moment. She saw me do it and with a sarcastic tone she said "GRRRACIAS." Obviously, she is not a Spanish speaker. I don't understand why she spoke to me in Spanish when I was speaking English. Maybe because I'm not Caucasian? ?That was really rude. I hope they could be more educated and respectful with all their customers
