We recently had the pleasure of working with Buckmaster, and I can't speak highly enough about the outstanding experience we've had with their entire team—from Operations to Sales and Accounting.
From the very beginning, the Sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the right printers for us. Their professionalism and dedication made the decision-making process seamless and enjoyable.
Once we signed our lease, the Operations team took over, ensuring that our printers were delivered on time and set up without a hitch. Their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive, and they were always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process.
Lastly, our interactions with the Accounting department have been just as positive. They have been transparent and responsive, making invoicing and payment processes straightforward and hassle-free.
Overall, working with Buckmaster has been a fantastic experience. Their commitment to customer service and quality is evident at every level of their organization. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of printing solutions!

The team at Buckmaster has been amazing! They built us a software system that we didn't think could be built. We have been using the system now for 4+ years and could not be more pleased. We have been with Buckmaster for many years and they are like family to us. Great people both behind the scenes and out front when service calls are in order. Great tips on keeping our copier happy and working. Recently we had Jesus out to troubleshoot a mysterious issue. We discovered that trying to save half a cent on paper does not always save money in the long run!

What an incredible experience! From the initial call to delivery and set-up was a smooth and professional transition. Craig took care of our old lease and assisted us into a new one. On the day of delivery he showed up with Greg and Dustin to see that everything went efficiently. Greg had to deliver the copier up brick front steps and he did so with perfection. Then there is Dustin! He is the most knowledgeable IT person I have dealt with in years. When he was finished I was told to keep a notepad close by the new machine and keep track of any inconsistencies. The notepad is still blank! Buckmaster is the best ever and we are so pleased to be clients of theirs. We will be doing business with them for years to come.

Our church leases a Ricoh copy machine from Buckmaster Office Solutions. STEPHANIE SHOKRIKHANEGAH has been very helpful in discovering our services and gaining access to the admin portal to the machine when we had to suddenly lost our in house admin.

Matt Jordan at Buckmaster Office is awesome! We use Buckmaster Office Solutions for all of our business needs, but this time we were looking for a smaller Home Office solution and Matt came to he rescue without hesitation. Phil was professional and knowledgeable every step of the way and was extremely helpful with identifying the correct printer for my needs. At no point did I feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need.
Greg and Jim did an amazing job on install day. They were both informative and their insight was very much appreciated!

When I need anything from Buckmaster I am able to email or call Sabrina and she is always so helpful, quick and reliable and so easy to work with . I really appreciate all her help in dispatching techs out. We usually work with Jose and Melinda and they are always so nice and helpful with any issues we have!
