Don’t rent from this location! The owners are dishonest. I rented the car and drove off with 2/3 of a tank of gas. Returned the car with a little over 7/8 of a tank. I was charged an additional $60 for gas. When I questioned the owner he preceded to argue and harass me. I have turned this business into the Better Business Bureau, and they have opened an inquiry.

Notified me around 1pm that my truck rental for tomorrow was not available by this local location and advised me to call Budget customer service. Called customer service at 1:35pm, was told they were searching nearby inventories to find me a truck and would contact me within two hours. Called back at 4:09pm to let them know I received no call back, and they said another inquiry was being sent and it was being escalated to a supervisor. At 5:42pm, I called again as I was still not advised if I would have a truck tomorrow morning at 9am, and got an automated message that they were closed. This location sucks for not telling me they didn’t have a truck until the day before and then pushing me off to corporate customer service. The company overall sucks for not finding me a replacement in a timely manner and closing without any updates.

After a week driving with Uber I attempted to bring the rental back as stated after a week of driving. 11/25/22-12-2-22Upon arrival I made another reservation for a second car to continue driving with Uber 12-2-22An employee at the counter said there were no more rentals and to continue driving the car I was using. Being this is my first time renting through Avis and on the Uber app, I assumed I could just continue driving but since Avis never started another contract uber said I had no car to use on 12-2-22. For two days I wasn't able to make money and on the third day when I tried to return the car and explain they said to bring it back on the 7th they attempted to charge me late fees. After a minute or two of arguing I explained to them that this was my first time doing this and they shouldn't have said to continue driving thinking I'd be able to make money. After I was told I'd only be charged $326 well on the 9th there was another charge for $250 and they said it was for the extra days I had the car and just because I couldn't make money on the app isn't their problem. Well if a new contract was started for the same car through the Uber reservation we wouldn't have this problem.I recommend Hertz from now on. They explained their contracts in detail and showed me where and when my payments would be due.

Professional and quick. I am constantly on the run so my time for pick up and drop off always seem limited. They had everything ready when I got there definitely will rent from them again.

ok, so here's the deal, my car died in the middle of the road. I reserved and paid for my car with Budget online. AAA took forever to come with the tow truck and my car was ready to go when I got there. "Easy Peasy." The reason for the 5 Stars is their cool under fire. When I arrived there was a customer already in the store who was being incredibly rude and combative. The two front desk workers were amazingly calm and respectful in dealing with this unhappy person. (While at the same time taking care of my needs.) I think it has been always a challenge to deal with the public but it seems to have become even harder since the shutdown. I appreciate those who can do so with grace and not loose their minds.

If I could give this place a zero, I would.I returned the moving truck @ 5pm. The guy (John) came out saying that they close at 5pm and to bring the truck back tomorrow.I said you close at 6pm. I showed him the internet hrs posted.He kept insisting that they close at 5pm, but will take the truck but will have to put returned in the system for "tomorrow". I told him I better not be charged!.Then he said that the fuel wasn't full. I said we took it initially 3/4 full and it's 3/4 returned. He said it needs to be full and charged 30.00 bucks cash. I paid it.I get my credit card statement and there was an additional 380.00 bucks of charge that was not authorized. This was on top of the 1570.00 I was initially charged.Do not rent from budget. They will rip you off. I will never rent from them ever again and will make sure my family and friends will not either.

I have always rented cars from them and never had an issue until now. when I dropped off the car the detail guy came over to get the keys. He saw I had an energy drink in my hand. He said " oh you drink energy drink but you don't go to the gym.?" I said yes I do and he said those have a lot of sugar when I showed him it was sugar free he just said oh they make them sugar free. Just then my husband walked over and the guy shut up. I told the people inside they said thank you and said they'd tell the manager. He was body shaming me. I don't know if I'll do business there again.

This place is terrible. Rented me a car that wasn't there then tried to upsell me into a ghetto looking Mercedes. I'm an executive .. not driving around pimping drugs. Horrible experience, except for the front desk lady who did her best to help a helpless situation. Spent $100 in Uber trying to get to this location.. super frustrated. Don't rent from here.

It was terrible. It took 15 minutes to get the car after all paperwork was done, there were unmarked damages to the car for which I had to return to the office. But worst of all, after I packed the car and locked it, it would not open again. Telephone assistance was useless and it was impossible to get a connection to the office where the reservation was made. Luckily I am handy and I was able to. Change out the lithium battery myself which solved the problem. I have had many problems with budget in the past but this is absolutely the worst. Hopefully they will make an attempt to make this up to me. I almost missed my international flight

Do not use budget rental they will make a reservation for something they don't have and then try to send you 40 miles away when they charge mileage for the truck Very disappointed

Horrible customer service from one of the representatives named "Eliyas". On the return date, Eliyas said I have to return my car with a full tank even though I showed him on the contract I bought the "Gas Service Option" and told him the manager told me I do not need to refuel the car upon return . He refused to acknowledge my contract and kept demanding me to refuel the car (which I did, to speed up the process) Then I asked to speak with the manager and Eliyas said the manager is out for the day (perfect timing). He later tried to charge me for a late return of $35 because he did not process the car on time due to our argument. Eliyas was very lazy and put zero amount of effort on trying to explain his reasons behind not acknowledging my contract. All he said was "contact customer support, here is the phone number good luck". This is not acceptable, waiting on Budget for a refund.

I've been going to this location for years, because it is right around the corner from my regular mechanic. They are always polite, professional and friendly. This past time, I also witnessed just how patient they have to be when dealing with people who get worked up and don't listen when they are trying to explain details, such as deposits and charges for overdue rentals.

I am visiting California to spread my grandmother’s ashes, and needed to get a rental asap. Star took such great care of me when I was visiting California. I desperately needed a rental for my trip so star did all that she could to provide me with one. I unfortunately lost my debit card that was used to reserve my car so I was unable to get the original rental I needed. Star made sure I was able to get a new rental on the spot with no added stress. I highly recommend this location.

Budget is the best car rental company. From the great customer service to the drop off process. I strongly recommend them
