Carlos was absolutely amazing! He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole time my daughters car was being fixed. Gave me all the heads ups and progress on the car! He got the car done quicker than anticipated. We most definitely will be back!

Completely easy process and they keep you updated every step of the way. Oscar M. was wonderful as the advisor on the repair and was even kind enough to offer to bring my vehicle to me when my schedule wasn't aligning with picking up the vehicle. Would recommend this place to anyone I know. Thank you again for making the experience easy and effortless!

We have used this same Caliber Collison location several times. We have never been disappointed. This particular time, they were not happy with the paint job on a few parts, and sent them back to be redone. I appreciate that they took this extra step for us. I will recommend them to family and friends if they ever need repairs.

I had a phenomenal experience with Caliber Collision at 7500 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento. For the following reasons. Carlos was extremely professional, easy to communicate with and he got my vehicle in quickly. I was leaving on a business trip and needed to make sure my wife was taken care of before I left. He made it happen within two days. The process was very easy, I spoke with Alexander who was the estimator. He was very informative , detailed and explained everything after a brief cursory check and let me know he would know more as the technicians took the vehicle apart. They called me promptly to explain after the discovery after inspecting the vehicle. The service was exceptional because of all the details involved .. I was even given a curtesy lift to the rental car place and that gave me the (VIP) feeling that my business was important to them. Small business , Big business what matters is the customer service and caliber collision gets a 10-10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A few weeks ago, I was involved is a car accident. We all know what a pain that could be however; Carlos and the front desk lady Zoe ? made me feel better! They provided me with the best customer service and explained the process to me in a caring fashion.Carlos is also easy on the eyes ?!!Thank you caliber for making a horrible experience turn into an easy one.

Pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service provided by service technician Alexander. He even had a couple of unrelated scuffs buffed out for us. The car looked amazing when I picked it up and I was informed about the status of the repair every step of the way by Alexander.

Stay away from this location! First of all, an Alfredo was very rude! I threatened to call Regional Manager and when a store/ general manager came running out and told me he would replace front bumper at his cost. So, I waited 2 weeks and came back to get it done. The top part was replaced but bottom was not. Then, when he finally got part it was wrong one! So, first time he replaced it, he claimed I hit something, second time I brought it in, he claimed I hit something again, but, before I went in, I looked at vehicle and there was no scratch! He lied about both!When I first brought car in, they claimed I had scratch and I said it wasn’t there! They must scratch it pulling it in back. I have gone to other Caliber Collision and no problem!

WORST place to take your car for repair. I handled the case for my mother. BELIEVE ME when I say it, they did more damage to my mom's car than it should, even spots that were not even touched by the accident.The repair literally took them 3.5 months and yet it was still halfa$$. We were delivered the car 6x promising that it was complete and ready for pick up.1st visit: Trunk struggle to close, trunk alignment was off, body panels were asymmetrical, large thumb sized gapping, missing over a dozen clips that holds the parts onto the car.3rd visit: This was one of the worst pickup and poorly delivered. The interior of the car was dusty like it hadn't been touched in a month. We found sandpapers (trash) tucked inside the spare tire compartment. The spare tools were clearly taken out and were clearly not put back in its place. We found that there were still missing clips. The car parts were falling off. Even the headliners were dirty with oily black fingerprints everywhere. We also found a deep 3-inch scratch around the inside the window frame. This damage should not have been there and definitely was not caused by the accident but clearly by the carelessness and neglect of the shop. Inspection should have happened before even contacting us for pick up.5th Visit: My husband, brother, and I we all met at the shop ready to inspect the vehicle and pick it up. We were hoping this was going to be the last visit.When we arrived, the manager Carlos had already left after already coordinating with him since the morning that we will come by and we request his present. We all arrived before 5:30pm. The shop don't close until 5:30pm. We checked out the car and still was slightly unhappy because the trunk was still off on alignment, and we found a scratch on the front bumper that was never there before, but we decided to let that slide. More damages....3/31/2023 This was our 6th visit to the shop: This was another very upsetting and disappointing visit. When we got there, the vehicle was in the front ready for us as i had coordinated with the GM Carlos of us coming by.What upsets me the most on this pickup was how unprofessional he was as a General Manager. We were about to get into the car (i had not even started the car yet), which was around 5:15pm *Note: the shop does not close until 5:30pm. The GM was so quick to get rid of us that he closed the door and locked it. I didn't think too much of it until I was trying to put on my seat belt and no it was stuck and locked. I cannot drive off without a seat belt!. *First SAFETY FAIL check by Caliber. My husband went to the door and as he tried to open the door, guess what it was LOCK!!! HE HAD TO KNOCK three to five times for someone to open. The lady at the front desk, SURPRISINLY, did not hear him, whereas I can. CLEARLY, THEY WERE IGNORING US! Finally, the manager came out. Can I stress it again that it is not even closing time yet and to lock out your customer is definitely the worst thing any shop can do, especially after so many disappointments. He came out looking so clueless as we were showing him that the seat belt isn't pulling. My husband had to check it again and was able to unlock it.After we drove off and on our way home, I noticed the blind spot sensor on the right side mirror wasn't working. *Second SAFETY FEATURE FAIL check by Caliber.When we got home, we noticed even more damages.CONCLUSION: We've decided not to take the car back to this horrible shop. We've decided that they did us unfairly and that we should report them to BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) but given some thought and a few communications with the company's regional manager we've decided to give the company another chance to correct everything, but it would have to be another location and nothing is come out of our pocket including a car rental.I don't blame the company. But honestly, this could've been handled better.

I only had a minor repair but my car as <6 months old and I wasn't ready for it to be keyed yet. They did a great job fixing, washing and polishing my car! Everything was timely and they kept me informed.

The experience with the rental and insurance companies was seamless and when an aftermarket part required as a first option by insurance did not fit well a new part was ordered and the repair looked perfect. So impressed to find this level of quality and care that seems so rare these days.
