Everyone at Caliber was a rockstar! so kind and pleasant. The process was seamless. The quality of work was spectacular on my Mercedes S550. Turnaround time was quick with updates provided nearly daily. I cannot say enough about my experience with the entire team and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs! Worst experience ever from a professional body shop. The staff was rude and unprofessioanl. It took 34 days for a dent in a door and hood to be repainted. There are chips in the paint on the door that was repainted. I even had to submit an ethics claim to there HR department to finally get some what the level of service that should have been received when I dropped my car off. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.Service: Painting

I found this Caliber Collision shop on Google search. I'm glad that I found them. I had my doubts when I saw the surrounding neighborhood. But the cleanliness of the shop and the way they handled my claim quickly diminished any concerns that I had. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Nothing is perfect in this world, but the repairs and paint job that this Caliber shop did on my car was near perfect. Also, I give kudos to two important lady employees. Dori and Heather helped me through the whole process. They are Great employees that care about their customers.

Wow! I had the most amazing experience at this car repair shop. The service was absolutely excellent! From the moment I walked in, the front staff greeted me with such kindness and were so helpful. They made me feel like a valued customer right from the start. And when I spoke with Devon, I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. He was able to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and he was so courteous throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you need any work done on your car, I highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed!

Brought my new car to them after a bad accident. Vehicle was done a day early and no complaints on the paint, new parts, or overall quality of their work. Heather was helping out and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I will only be recommending this shop to my family and friends in the future.

I can't say enough nice things about my experience. All the employees that came in contact with were wonderful. Heather was amazing. Definitely recommend. I took my 2021 C300 here and felt treated with more honesty, respect, kindness and attention to detail there than any place. I've taken my Mercedes.

The customer service and professionalism they provided was the best I've experienced in a while. Cindy was my advisor, and she was great. She routinely provided status updates, was very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Customer service is clearly a priority, and I wish more businesses treated their customers like this.

I had my Lexus towed in from a different body shop because they said it would take up to 2 months due to parts being delayed. That’s when I brought my car to caliber collision. After talking to staff Ivanka informed me it would be done in a few weeks. She called me to let me know it was done after 2 weeks. I couldn’t me more satisfied with my experience.Services: Painting

Literally the best Caliber Collision!! I didn't bring my car in until 2 weeks after my accident because I thought it wasn't running and Dori was so freaking nice and patient with me. She understood that I didn't have the means for a tow at the moment and worked with me every step of the way. Once I got my car in I worked with Eric (who was able to get my car looked at and a price sent to my insurance in less than 6 hours). They were so quick with everything and kept me in the loop via email or phone call's through the whole process. Definitely don't want to see them again under these circumstances but if I had to I would choose this place every time!!

Caliber collision came through at the Lexington location went the extra mile to get my vehicle ready to be repaired, thanks to “Heather S” and last but not least the person who did the estimate @ 7500 Folsom. This assures me that I’m going to get quality service form well qualified technicians…. I’ll always tell everyone I know where to receive the very best service for there is should the need ever arise to have collision repair….

Had an excellent experience here with Devin as my service advisor. He has great communication and even went out of his way to deliver my car to me since it was a day or two later than expected.
