My car was originally at the Northgate location and transferred to this location to get my car repairs going sooner. From the beginning I was kept informed throughout the repair process. I received text messages and phone calls keeping me updated. Arriel was my advisor and was awesome from beginning to end. She kept me well informed and had great customer service. I received my car way before the original estimate date and didn't have to pay extra for the rental which was great. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Arriel in person when picking up my car, but Leah was very helpful and also was awesome. I definitely recommend Caliber, they were awesome from start to finish.

I would like to say thank you for an exceptional job done on my car. The service was top notch, the work was excellent and the customer service was the best I have ever had. I can't say enough about Dustin and his staff. I got into a bad accident, I got rear-ended and I wan't able to pick up my car. I can't believe they offered to drop off my car and take back the rental. What an excellent customer service! Something I have never experienced. Thank you! Greatly appreciated it!Helena K. Yu

Just had a vehicle repaired here this week. Dustin walked me through the process, talked with the insurance company to explain to them how their estimate didn't include all the damage and updated me very frequently. Getting a rental car was easy and convenient with this location. The entire process was not stressful and the shop did amazing work!

Levi- Lexus GS- FBeing in the service industry myself, I don't usually rate any service provider as high as 5 stars, the reason being that i believe everyone can improve their service.However, in my case, at least, I truly believe that the Caliber Collisions Non-Drive shop on Fulton Ave. TRULLY DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING!In today's age of laziness, careless, " this is not my job " attitude from many service providers,Alex ( estimator ) , and Ray(technician)were utmost professional and knowledgeable, working with the guilty party's insurance and getting them to approve all the necessary Original Lexus parts in order to complete a flawless repair on time.You basically can not tell which side has had damage!!It's worth saying that this type of car is rare.Lexus only manufactured 294 GS- F 's in 2018, so original parts aren't easily found.Not for these guys. they got my original parts in a short period of time from the Lexus dealer.They even swapped my battery free of charge. New battery, even tho it wasn't part of the repair!Also, I was regularly updated on the repair progress.They answered my every question with logical and honest answers.That is what you want !Hassle free / transparent experience!Shawni & Val were very helpful as well there.Stand up shop, professional / honest team!!Thank you, CALIBER COLLISIONS!

I just had my new Ranger in the shop for repairs. The paint work looks amazing and you can't even tell the repairs were done! The communication from Arriel was outstanding and I always knew what was going on with my repairs. If you ever need body work done on your car, look no further!

My 2012 Subaru Outback recently spent 5-1/2 weeks at Caliber Collision being repaired. Caliber worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company, State Farm, to deliver excellent service. From my initial contact with Crystal at the Fair Oaks Blvd. location, to my interaction with Arriel at the Fulton Ave. location, where repairs were done, I give Caliber high marks. Arriel called or texted me regularly with status reports and was patient in answering all my questions. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for better service. My car is beautifully restored. I'm completely satisfied with Caliber Collision and highly recommend them!

Caliber is the best I have ever had do collision work on any of my cars. After 70 years of driving I have had my share of minor and medium bumps and bruises. I will recommend them to any one in need of repair.Services: Painting

No one ever wants to be in the position to need work done on their car especially due to a collision.Unfortunately, did she just a month before a pre-planned family vacation.The staff at the Fulton Avenue Caliber Collision was the absolute best.They were kind, professional, informative and reassuring.The car was ready to head out on vacation in time.Excellent everything!!!

Dustin was extremely helpful and did his best to relieve all of the stress from an otherwise terrible experience after the accident and not having my vehicle. Caliber is extremely professional and accommodating, they go above and beyond to make sure you are informed and leave happy with your vehicle.

If this review was for employees alone it would be 5 stars. But I’m rating 1 star due to the lack of professionalism and all around disrespect from the manager of all people not only that my husband and I received, but her employees as well. Someone attempted to steal my car July 7th. I got it towed and inspected all damages with caliber collision that same day in order to start repairs ASAP since I knew parts were backlogged. Unfortunately my car sat in their lot for TWO WEEKS untouched simply because Andrea failed as a manager to reassign tasks after the employees working on my car quit. After leaving countless messages I finally got to speak to Andrea who accepted accountability and offered to pay up to 5 days after my rentals expiration. Which was great. My car could not be picked up until August 14th. One month and one week. My rental was up 3 days before pick up, but I did not sweat because Andrea said I was covered… Until getting her to pay the 3 days (instead of 5) was like pulling teeth. If she simply could not do it that would be one thing. But the blatant disrespect and disregard for caring about a customer was unbelievable. Andrea was a flat out mean girl who has been given too much authority. Not only was she awful to us, but we witnessed her being awful to her employees right infront of us. Almost every employee there apologized to us on her behalf (not Andrea though). Then come to find out the verbal disrespect Andrea had given us over the phone was audible to every person in the building, other customers included (she put us on speakerphone). we were told multiple times by multiple different employees how wrong it was of her to treat us so badly, and apparently this happens often. And to make matters worse, while we were in store to pick up the car my husband made a joke about his work truck looking like the office desk full of paper work.. Andrea MOCKED him. All the way around an unbelievable juvenile rude attitude from someone who should be leading her employees by example. Every employee in the building (Specifically Leah, Matthew, and Alex) were stellar. Treated us like family. All three of them exemplify manager qualities and absolutely deserve better, and I am so appreciative of them. If this review gets them or anyone else in trouble (which I would hope not since that would be retaliation and an ugly lawsuit) I would be thrilled if they came and worked for me instead. Andrea, do better. And to any other customers, save your money and your sanity and go anywhere else, or stay as far away from the manager as possible. Any other employee there could help you better anyways.Services: Steering & suspension repair
