Capitol Garage is a convenient underground parking facility located in DOCO, near Golden 1 Center and close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It offers affordable rates of two dollars every 30 minutes and has plenty of spaces, making it easy to access nearby attractions like the sports complex, movie theaters, and Old Sacramento. The garage is well-guarded with automatic gates, but taller vehicles should be cautious of the height indicators and concrete pillars. Security staff are friendly and helpful, especially when assistance is needed.
Its a garage and I was able to get in and out easy.

This is my top choice for parking near the Capitol…the machine to validate/pay when you’re leaving though is at the ground level outside by the elevators. That’s where the machine is to pay for your parking. The machine then reads it at the gate as you’re leaving.
