I stored my wine here for over a year and had a great experience. The 24/7 access is a huge plus. Would highly recommend.

Update to the response: This establishment need to review their policies. The policies are not clear. clearly if you are not the primary person i e wife or husband, the primary person can delete the second person without notice. It’s a beautiful place to keep wine that’s not my concern. However I feel that persons on the account should be notified if deleted. What if it was friends sharing a locker and one friend deleted the other because they were primary person. Not fair. Change your policy. Therefore your wine may not be safe.I loved this place so much in the beginning because of the security I thought they provided, however my feeling for this place has changed. My attorney needed to acquire records of who accessed a wine locker I shared with my husband. The owner said he has no way of knowing who accesses the locker as he doesn’t understand the software program or even how to run a report or even understand the metrics. The thumb print which is used to allow you entrance to the wine lockers means nothing. Cameras only record so far back. For me this means that your wine is not truly safe. For example if someone accessed the locker area and then took wine from your locker you would not know especially if you do not access your wine for months.I am looking for a new place to store wine as I am very disappointed. If your going to secure wine find a place that knows the comings and goings of people around your wine.

Let's get real, the "west end" is a parking lot. Not an exaggeration it's literally a parking lot. I was just at a graduation party in a parking lot, I think I need to re evaluate my life decisions.

Nestled in the small East Sac neighborhood you'll find a beautiful, but quaint Special Event Venue called Eventi Ltd at Caverna 57. Whether it's a wedding, fundraiser, holiday party, corporate luncheon or cocktail mixer this venue exudes class, charm, privacy and is fully equipped with all you'll need to host a beautiful event. Tuscan rustic style patio lounge with open air fully equipped kitchen. The patio is covered with a misting system. Gorgeous outdoor water feature, and let's not forget to mention this place is the REGIONS ONLY CLIMATE-CONTROLLED UNDERGROUND WINE STORAGE FACILITY catering to the STORAGE needs of us wine-os! There is an area in the back of the building that is typically used for parking that they refer to as The West End. Perfectly thought out and executed space to not only serve a place to park during business hours, but can be transformed into the perfect wedding reception location. From a professional wedding planner standpoint, this location surpassed my expectation in everyway. I'm so excited to show this place again to a potential client. The packages offered are very very affordable. The breakdown of cost and what you get is on point and easy to understand. Katie Goebel and Jessica Otley, Thank you for taking the time to show us this absolutely gorgeous little gem. That's the only way to properly describe this place.....a gem!

I had my daughters baby shower early in November at Caverna 57. It was a brunch event. It was cold and we were told there would be propane heaters a available. When I asked for them the person working there had no clue how to operate them. Then we found out they were out of propane the woman stated she didn't have anymore propane and couldn't get any either. My guests were FREEZING!!! Really unbelievable! The shower went on miserably. Finally the woman comes and says her manager said she could go and get some propane. When she tried to remove the tank she had no idea how to and she also couldn't turn it on either. Very disappointed. I also stated to the woman in advance that we would be using the table cloths and she stated they were at the cleaners didn't think they would be back in time. Luckily they did have the table cloths ... The heat came 45 min before my event was over. Not a good experience! Talked to the owner Jeff Boucher and he said he wouldn't charge me for the heaters (heat or air should be included in a venue ) and he would give me a $100.00 credit to a future event. NOT having another event there again. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO ANYONE! DISSATISFIED IN SACRAMENTO!!

I came here to attend a meeting with a company who rent this place for the event for two days. I came one day early by mistake. However the staff here was nice enough to let me use their patio to organize my files and even allowed me to use their wifi for me to check my email. Very professional, and nice people here. They keep filling water and refreshment for our event. Apparently, they have utilities for virtual office setup here. I believe their services to their clients are efficient and professional. The environment here is beautiful. Outdoor humidifier, nice music and waterfall background sound made my meeting enjoyable.

Caverna 57 was a great place to have my Reception Dinner for my vow renewal to my husband. We both had a great time as well as many of our guests. Casey Tainter was very professional and very understanding to our situation. She had great communication and was very accommodating as to how we wanted things to be set up. On the day of the reception, everything was beautiful, I was a little worried about the venue being a little small but thankfully it worked out great due to Caverna having two balconies in the front and one big one in the back so guests didn't complain about not having anywhere to lounge. Again, I want to thank Caverna and Casey for everything!
