We purchased stickers for our trucks and our main office sign. Upon receiving them, we noticed they were paper thin compared to the previous stickers we had on our trucks and old sign. We had chosen this print shop because it was recommended to us by a trusted individual. It has not even been a full year since we purchased these, and the stickers are peeling off as can be seen in the pictures.We purchased our previous stickers in 2019 from a different vendor. They were thick and heavy-duty and are still holding well on our other trucks. Unfortunately, that vendor was not taking orders during the time we needed these stickers.The poor quality product is one reason for our low review. The second reason is when we brought this issue to the attention of the print shop, their response was that the "condition of the surfaces" we applied the stickers on was not good. We then shared pictures of the old stickers on the truck to prove that our truck's surface was not the problem here. The only response we received was that there isn't a warranty on the vinyl.Additionally, when we received the stickers, the white and green text was separated. It required a lot of extra labor hours to correctly position the letters at the same level. All print shops we have worked with in the past have been able to print the colors together, so it is an easy peel-and-paste process. We would not recommend this shop to anyone based on their poor product, process, and customer service.

Champion Design is the best print and design shop in Sacramento. The customer service is great. I order my prints via email with the specifics. If they have questions they contact me. The turnaround time is spectacular. Very fast, efficient and great work!!!

This place has established itself for several years now. I never had a reason to use their services until recently. Joe K convinced me to try them out. He has been a customer on and off for various needs. He had business cards made for a friend with satisfactory results and invitations made for his parents wedding anniversary party that also came out very nice. I needed to have my mom's death certificate photo copied and enlarged. I was trying to report her death to the credit bureaus. But apparently Equifax couldn't read the certificate clearly enough! What a headache that was after three attempts with them! But that is another frustrating story.... Anyway, the employee at Champion did an impressive job at getting the document enlarged and still looking official. I was happy to get another sad errand done to secure my mother's passing and making sure she can rest in peace from any identity theft, it was something she always worried about in life.
