Great customer service! I recently moved back to Sacramento after 10 years . I love living in this area, everything I need is close by! I've been banking at Chase for about 8 years now and I have no complaints outside of the long waits at some of the branches! This location is great , lots of parking and friendly and knowledgeable staff ! A young man helped me today, he was friendly , helpful , polite and patient ! Give him a raise ! I didn't catch his name but it was around 4:10pm and he has red hair :-) This is definitely my new go to branch !

I just got kick out from the branch manager because I am on the important phone. I have already authenticated through debit card and only deposit one check. This is so unacceptable and feel discriminate against my race. I hope headquarter have a chance to review the performance of manager in this branch.

Kambiz Razai of the Natomas branch of Chase Bank in Sacramento spent quite a bit of time resolving an issue I had with a trust account. I was at this location for over an hour. He was patient, meticulous and determined to straighten things out. He even thanked me for my patience.Great customer service!

Went there to cash a check. Check was written to me my my business account. I only have a business account there. They couldn't cash my check that was written to me, it had to be deposited into my business account first. That's the most dumbest thing I ever heard. I need those checks to be separate for business/personal taxes purposes.... This is so ridiculous.

I opened a business account in this branch at 09 november 2022. Banker Dairian Cox. Made a mistake in my name when opening an account. Received a bank card with a mistake in the name. Spent 1 day to fix the error and waiting for a new bank card. The banker promised that I would be able to accept payments from clients, but this function turned out to be not working. The banker is not a professional. Banker Lady Darian Cox pays a lot of attention to her appearance, and little to her attentive attitude to her work. I'm not looking for the girl of my dreams in you, I don't want your car, I don't want your house, I don't want your money. When I come to the bank, I am a customer, and all I want is for you to do your job well. And I don't want to waste my time later on correcting your mistakes. Americans say too much "I'm sorry". I'm not a priest - I don't forgive sins.

Horrible banking practices. The fraud or dispute department are very rude. Fraudulent charges pop up on my card from 3 weeks ago and since some of the same charges are pending she tells me to call back when they have posted, then she sends me to fraud department who tells me to call Google, who everyone knows won't do shit over the phone, so I try to contact someone and the site won't accept my email address or phone number.. She actually told me "recurring charges will go through even if you cancel your card!!) Hello scumbag thiefs.... what a bunch of bullshit

I only give one star because that's the lowest I can. The branch ATM does not open till? Im here at 7:45 am and the door wont open. This is seriously wrong. I need to move my Trust fund and recommend other people choose a different bank. Also chase has closed branches i used that were near my work and home here in Sacramento. What a poor company.
