Stopped in to pay on a car loan. Josh was very help, professional and efficient. I asked him about my credit card and he was able to assist me with that as well and answer all of my questions. Absolutely recommend stopping by if you have chase.

Why is the ATM closed after 5pm. ATM CLOSED AFTER 5 PM. YOU SHOULD PUT THAT ONLINE!You try taking the bus.

This branch is what you'd expect from a big corporate bank..... Poor customer service. The tellers seem like they hate their job. The only good news is there is rarely a wait (probably because they don't get much business because of the poor unfriendly service. Lots of choices when it comes to where you bank. Maybe their treat their customers with large bank accounts better. I don't know. Avoid avoid avoid.

This is not the best bank ever but they have great customer service. All the tellers are nice. I had a banker assist me with closing an account and opening a new one due to a financial scam. I was not able able get my money back and never heard anything back from the branch manager.

Honestly this is the worst bank to bank with. I had multiple times been scammed, sent fake checks, and unauthorized transactions. Each time when I file a dispute, they are never on my side even though I cancelled the trail subscription or was promised something that never happened. The checks would bounce and I would end up paying the person substantial amounts of money. I want to close my account and just go to another company all together. The checks take at least 2 or 3 days to deposit. Any kind of transactions posted on the debit card take days to go from pending to approved. Their customer service is terrible and they have some tellers who have no idea what they are doing.

"0" stars is the correct rating.Went to branch to setup checking account bonus offer $200. -Teller (older, black lady) informed the -Branch Manager (brunette), and-Banker (middle eastern male). Teller said when they are done, they can help me. I waited 20-30minutes for them to be done. I caught the Branch manager doing nothing at her desk, and the other Banker drinking coffee, relaxing. I walked out.NOTE:I was previously there too, 2 weeks ago, to talk to someone about a refinance mortgage. I gave them my information, but nobody contacted me.

Went into Chase today with my parents who are Seniors, and happened to get almost $4000 stolen from them over the last 4 days. Taj Saroya was amazing!! Not only did he have patience, he answered every single question my folks had. He really took his time to help us, and to help them understand what they need to do to get their banking life back on track. Before we left, Taj informed us that Chase has already credited their account the entire amount stolen from them. We were extremely impressed with Chase and Taj, and they way he took care of us this morning!! He even went as far as breaking down each account for them, so as they put everything back together, they wouldn't get confused. They left relieved. Update: no changing my review regarding Taj, however, about 2 weeks later, Chase decided that the security breach was caused by my parents even though they couldn't prove how. They ended up taking the credit back. After their account was put on a freeze, the thieves took almost $1000 again and Chase pushed it through (While frozen) and didn't return that money to my parents either. Crooks !!! Guess what??? It gets better! Chase opened new accounts for them and gave them new debit cards. They used their card twice, nothing online and the card was never entered manually anywhere!!! Once again, a purchase was made in Michigan on my dads debit card. He's in CA. How would anyone get his debit card information unless these were inside jobs? I told them to immediately close out their accounts and change to a credit union which they finally did!! As of right now, the thieves caused the account to be negative...I guess we'll see what happens. I do not recommend Chase, I don't know why they bother to have a fraud department at all, they do nothing for you. My dad even received an alert about the last theft and contacted Chase within 5 minutes... they still charged him for it. What a joke. Yesterday, a friend of mine posted that her Chase account had just been compromised...$2000 I think this is more than a coincidence, and if I were you, I'd keep my money and personal information far far away from this bank who doesn't have your back.

The hardworking environment of this Chase Branch is so nice and welcoming, you can tell they put a lot of effort to make this a lovely place of business. Particularly the manager has gone above and beyond for me, she follows up and follows through. Ethel Acosta is her name I have her card and anytime we meet or have a call she send me an email and is always asking for feedback on what she can do better, that is what I call service. I love this branch!
