I visited to this gas station to fill fuel in my car . It’s my first time and I got best service from the cashier stood at the desk . I didn’t notice his name but he wears turban . He deals me very well. The food of this gas station is really amazing always fresh and hot . This gas station I found best than others .

The staff of this store is really good in customer service . The guy in turban named K.S Dhillon provides really amazing service . He talks to customer in very well manner and always greet the customer with a smile . I really appreciate that guy . Thank you so much provide me best service .

Tried to take my daughter to use the restroom on 12/22/24 @9:30pm. Man in yellowish tan jacket wouldn't even let me in the store and told me there was no restroom. Another homeless customer was walking to the door and he wouldn't let the customer in, saying that he was closed. Homeless customer said it looked like they were still open and he wanted to pur have some snacks. Man that worked there in the yellowish tan jacket ursed at him and flipped him off.
A new middle eastern man walked toward the door and asked if he was open and the man working let him right in.
So I guess you can only go in if you're middle eastern? Racist. Disgusting. Will be letting as many people as possible know about this as we come to CalExpo often. They will be losing a ton of business.

Not sure what the clerks issue is coming outside and standing over us while getting gas like he knew us. It was extremely awkward and just strait up weird.

Dear Chevron extra mile and store manager,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your station recently. On 08/10/2024 I visited your station to purchase fuel. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the cashier. This level of customer service is disappointing and unacceptable.Furthermore, after refueling, my car broke down, and my mechanic later informed me that there was water in my gas tank. This suggests that the fuel at your station may be contaminated, which could cause significant damage to vehicles.In addition, when I attempted to discuss this issue with your staff, I was not only dismissed but also trespassed from the premises. This response is concerning, as it indicates a lack of accountability and respect for your customers.I would also like to bring to your attention a potential security issue. I observed that the ATM or card payment device near the register may have been tampered with, possibly involving a skimmer. This raises serious concerns about the safety of customer transactions at your station.I urge you to investigate these matters promptly to ensure that other customers do not experience similar issues. The Chevron gas station at Exposition Blvd and Arden Way intersection is one of the more expensive but very convenient gas stations. This gas station also charges 20 cents more per gallon of gasoline if you pay by credit card. This is one of the Sacramento area's most expensive credit card charges. However, there is no additional fee if you pay by Chevron credit card.

I just ran out of gas at this gas station and I'm waiting for somebody to bring me some money or or you know I only have a dollar they won't take any cans I have some cans and so they're going to have my car towed because I ran out of gas at the gas station I'm not bothering I'm not blocking anybody there's still several lanes open the guy was extremely rude to me told me he would move my car himself unbelievable this is how they deal with people in it during an emergency well thank you thank you very muchg

Good location. The store has a decent variety of drinks and snacks. Everyone was pretty friendly and upbeat. Overall, it was a good experience.

The only reason I'm giving this place to stars is the fact that it has a good location other than that this place is don't ever come here these people are the rudest people ever the way they treat some people is amazing I just watch them totally yell at this poor lady and be little her when she ran out of gas and she just trying to ask for some help or a little bit of patience and they told her they're going to have her car towed unbelievable I will never come here again ever people should not be allowed to speak to people this way and be in business it's unbelievable I mean it's not like she's in the way of anything acting like she's blocking all of these people that are wanting to come here there's absolutely nobody here I even wanted to help her in the guy totally talked me out of it told me no don't help her she's lying

Brand new store, which is why I go, it’s always cleaned and well stocked. The gas is actually a bit cheaper than most Chevron stations.
