Nice and easy place to get gas. Minimart is available for drinks and snacks too.Restrooms are located outside in a separate building and available for customer use.

This is the most un organized store either too many clerks running their mouths playing music or on break. This was the last straw the clerk was on break at 6am. Now why in the hell wasn't their enough staff to cover this am rush any other day when several employees are not needed the store is full of employees but during rush hour times the store has one clerk and she is on break! This is ridiculous

Annoyed that 3 of the pumps had issues, so I drove from one to another trying them out 'til I found one that worked. I feel if it's broke, fix it fast if you can or flag it like with a cone or large sign.

Came in for gas and after filling up, the Prius wouldn't start. Dead battery. It was stuck besides the pumps and I'd forgotten my phone. Ugh! I went inside and explained to the friendly girl at the counter. She was a huge help in contacting AAA towing etc. Normally, not much to review about a gas station, but she went above normal service to help.

Bathrooms "out of order" when we visited. Both outside bathrooms out of order at same time? Lazy employees likely the reason.

I went to this Chevron to purchase a few items. I showed the cashier by the name of Kreasha my disabled placard and asked her if there was anyoneavailable to put some air in the tire of the car. Shestated that the security guard would comeout and do it. The guy came out talking on the phoneand even stood by the air machine for about 3 minutes and then he walked off without airing the tireor saying one word because he was busy talking onthe phone. Apparently, the guy didn’t wanna end his conversation to help a disabled individual. I received some very poor service, especially since I was walking with a cane. BTW, The so called securityguard was working for Pal Security Servicethe night of this incident. I have reportedthis matter and has spoken with multiple peopleregarding this. I was told that my complaint has beendocumented and someone would be calling me backsoon. I guess that someone is invisible because I haven’t received a call back yet.

Not so convenient stop. We stopped here on a 4 hour trip around 6:30p. Bought gas and snacks, wanted to buy drinks but they said all the drinks were warm?They refused bathroom use and told me to walk across two parking lots to the Belair, because after they clean the bathrooms, they close them for the day? They have multiple outdoor bathrooms.

I went to pick up a few items at this location. I also needed some air in a tire of the car. I showed the cashier by the name of Kreasha my disabled placard and asked her if there was someone available to air the tire. She stated that the security guard would come out and do it. The guy came out talking on the phone, walked over to the air machine and stood there talking for about 3 minutes. He looked at the car and continued talking on the phone without saying a word to me or airing up the tire. I really feel like I was discriminated against due to the fact that I was walking with a cane and he really didn't wanna do his job. Very terrible service.

Legit the most annoying s*** ever ! I pulled up and was walking legit walking up to the window and the guy hurried and put a 10-15 min BRB sign up . Mind you he saw me walking up !!!! To make it worse it was way longer that 10-15 min card pulling up leaving nobody got gas : if you don't wanna work then don't have a job ! I hate lazy individuals !

I’ve never seen this station so dirty… floors are sticky and dark. Plus gas pump is oddly slow. Took 10 minutes for 6 gallons. Guess they don’t maintain that either.

Quite unfortunately, within all honesty, my close friends and I have encountered sheer rude and disrespectful behaviors from Eastern-Indian & Pakistani South Asian descent staff community member employees. Our concerns primarily rely upon respectively asking staff member employees and management level position authorities to STOP MENTALLY HARASSING MATURE WELL-BEHAVED CUSTOMERS during performance of job duty responsibilities whenever on-site throughout public appearances please. THESE ARE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND LOW-QUALITY POOR GRADE CUSTOMER SERVICES. We honestly feel insulted and humiliated by this deep level of resentment including disrespectful attitudes. Chevron Corporation you just provided me with poor unprofessional low-quality customer care services whenever my friends and I made trips to your business workplace environment. Chevron Corporate Management Office staff member and third-party relation committee MUST IMPROVE through firing inappropriate staff member employees then provide discount offer clearance sales on dispensed item product goods. Fortunately, my close friends and family members have college educated mindsets and literally recognize verbal abusive profane languages, vulgar slang expressionist phrases, crude humor, slurs, slogans, hypocritical judgements, and other passive-aggressive foul play informal linguistic communications from unprofessional staff member employees including outside third-party vendor corporate relations truck drivers. These series of unfortunate incidents have occurred at this Chevron gas station location address and another horrible destination location address on 8498 Florin Road, Sacramento, CALIFORNIA 95828 {TELEPHONE #: (916) 386-0403}. Are you running some type of mental health hospital facility/clinic business with local Sacramento neighborhood convenience food mart & gas station customers OR purposely disregarding struggling low-income poor families receiving financial assistance from U.S. government sponsored welfare programs?!
