I went in there around 6:10 am this morning I handed the old man a 100$ bill and he just waves his hand and says no I’m not taking that so I ask him why and he said because there’s no change . So I let him know he should have started with that instead of trying to dismiss me like a dog . Then he proceeds to call me rude and “ sweetie .” There was no professionalism and he seemed to be just lazy to give change since there was a line .

Worker refused to sell gas at 11:30 faking it was 12 n was his break. Horrible customer service everytime.

Young lass too busy at ice machine n asking what I needed from there I state 3 packs of Marlboro red cigarettes, demanded my ID, gave her my Military ID and was down right rude saying no scanning give her proper ID..I'm 53 yrs young and will not tolerate her attitude...even 3 folk behind me were appalled by her.
I'll never give another dime too this store nor gas pump.

That short chunky white lady was taking her time to open the door on purpose like she doesn’t know how to open and went inside quickly locked it. I was only trying get gas and once we waited and left she decided to come out

I came in to get a car wash I paid for it the girl behind the counter was on the phone the whole time with my transaction so I went to get the car washed and I see a cone out there I come back in they said the car wash is closed and I said well she was so busy on her phone why didn't she tell me and the other woman says she's on her break well why is she on her break behind the counter and taking my transaction

I went in with some co workers at 5:40am on 10/9/23. The person working behind the counter was not in uniform, had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, and his pants below His butt. I did not know that the dress code deteriorated to the point of gross. I did not go there to see someone's underwear and will never go there again.

Cheveron stations come with the best customer service. Employees always greet you. Using my extra rewards card insde store and saved dollars on purchase.

Gas pumps work good. They also give Chevron points here too. Usually, it’s not too crowded getting gas here.

Ralph, William, and Michelle are the BEST!!! And yes…I took the time to learn/ remember their names. Always smiling and always happy to help. Gas is expensive but the location is clean and convenient to get to. Car wash is hit or miss tho.

Never answer phone so anyone can see if car wash is available before wasting my gas to drive all the way there to only find out it's down. Ridiculous....

Everyone knows they have good fuel...this location also has diesel, I think it's on pump 4/5.For some reason "Maps" has it as temporarily closed. I stopped by on 4/28/2023...they are open.Also, this Chevron is an Extra Mile...so you can use your EM card for discounts.(They have a restroom, but it is often out of order...just a heads up)

The people that work here are very friendly, but that's about the only positive. The car wash won't accept credit cards, which the employees seem to be well aware of. How about a sign on the machine so the customer doesn't sit there trying to make it work? I went in a few months ago and the soda machine worked, but no carbonation, just syrup. The guy said it was broken. I returned a few days later, same problem, still no sign.
