Niche vibe, no one said hello or asked if I needed anything while browsing, first time in store. They asked the following people that came in. I think they're friendly, but unless you know someone expect to feel alone. (No I don't need an apology from the store).

Was my first stop getting into sacramento and I had a great experience with the people who were working on that shift. I was able to get some trade ins and I had a good time and convo with the workers. I came back again the next day completely the opposite reaction . They made me feel as if my cards are of no good value to them and they would not work with any of my cards and I showed them 3 binders fully loaded and two long boxes full and the worker only found 1 card and wouldn't even want to add up a few more to be able to get at least one card I liked. So he ended up paying me $5 cash which is not what I drove all that way back for ! I would have given 5 stars if I only visited that first time but after the second time around I feel as if it ruined all of my hopes and alot of my time and I really felt humiliated with the cards I got which I honestly thought were decent to me and if I was offered them I would have felt pleasant to have have the pleasure to have such a big nice offer brought to my table.

Called in after my day at work and was greeted by a very insufferable sounding individual on the other end (Marcos). My questions were shot down and I got lectured for it by who I presume is the owner. If you can't be bothered to organize your MTG inventory like other shops, then don't expect any business from me. Silly back-and-forth arguments about how pre-releases aren't the same as being early for MH3 collector's boxes.. Your tonality when speaking to people is also important. But after reading some of these responses to other reviews, you clearly lack any understanding of that.

This is hands down my favorite comic book shop in Sacramento! They always are super friendly and knowledgeable and kind to me and my son! We started to go to buy Sonic the hedge hog comics, but I also buy dnd accessories and Pokémon cards there! There is a great variety of things toys games comics books figurines cards, and just so much dope stuff! Marcos helped us many times, but he really went above and beyond my last visit! My son is super into Pokémon and he took the time to teach us to play and build a deck sleeves and all. He was so kind and patient with us! Lovely people! It's always a good time visiting this gem of a shop! A local must! SHOUTOUT TO THE AMAZING STAFF ?
