I saved hundreds of dollars by coming to Cooks instead of repair shops that were closer to home for me in another city. They fixed my Subaru quickly and for the best price around!! The staff is pleasant and helpful. Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else.

Sometimes they offer to install very low quality parts. Sometimes they take on a job to diagnose but are actually not qualified for the diagnostic test which should have been referred to a specialty shop.
Overall the shop has professional quality work.

Amazing service! I had Cooks perform a Pre Purchase Inspection for me. I live in Las Vegas, and took the task to heart, becoming my eyes & ears for everything that had to do with the car. In fact, Gage went out of his way to track the car down after the inspection was complete & the car returned to the dealership, to provide me images of the worn areas of the car. He went above & beyond!.. And charged me no more than any other PPI. High quality people performing excellent work! Highly recommend!

Cook’s Auto Repair has been outstanding for me on several occasions. When the engine on my Toyota Tundra went out, they not only sourced a replacement at a great price down in LA, but also installed it flawlessly. I’ve also taken our Subaru and Audi there, and both cars got the attention and care they needed. Every experience has been smooth and trustworthy, and now I only take my vehicles to Cook’s. Highly recommended!

Straightforward. Honest. Went in for a pre-purchase inspection. Received honest feedback and that’s what I asked for! Pricing can’t beat too. I even questioned them on it. They also found a couple broken leaf spring clamps that they drew my attention to. Thank you guys!

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I always get excellent service, they are fairly priced and there is a nice comfortable waiting area with a few magazines, cold water machine and clean restroom.
I have been coming here for years after the Toyota dealership tried to rip me off and charge 6K for the electric tailgate, while Cooks Auto found the issue was a disconnected wiring harness and signed it for under $100.
We even bring my wife’s little Hyundai Sonata hybrid here and never had a negative experience.
They also have a 2.3% discount for anyone who pays with cash so they can pass on the savings to the customer for avoiding credit card transaction fees.
Oil change, air filters, smog, basic maintenance and tire rotations are always something I can count on Cooks to do effectively and without comprising quality.

Was having ac issues. Previous shop tried to charge 1,100 dollars, Cooks was very nice and charges less than half that. One of The few reasonable honest shops sounds. I’ll continue to use their business as long as I can.

Cooks Auto saved my Audi Allroad! I could not be happier. My fuel pump decided to give out while I was on the freeway. They recommended a wonderful tow company and then ended up replacing my fuel pump at very reasonable price, all the while kindly educating me along the way. I highly recommend Cooks Auto Repair to anyone looking for an honest and reputable shop with nice folks!

Did my brakes and rotors here. Ran through a few issues and hiccups, but when ever I called they never hesitated to get my truck in and get the issue fixed as soon as I got there which is what makes them deserve 5 stars. Will for sure be a returning customer!

I had the first time opportunity to use the services at Cook’s Auto Repsir this past week when I needed a “pre-sale inspection” done on a used car I was considering purchasing. They got me in the next day, after thinking to have the vehicle inspected before closing the sal. The inspection showed there would be a major repair that would cost thousands of dollars. I went back to the used car lot and asked to see some other cars and after viewing 4 others in the price range I could handle, I found one that was quite favorable and called Cook’s Repair to see if they could do a pre-sale inspection at the last minute, which they kindly did, and they were just hours to closing. Gage, who he young man who took care of the ore-sale inspection on both vehicles was so nice, told me this last car I brought in is much better and Han the first car he inspected, gave me advice on which were the items were normal wear and tear and would not be covered under extended warranties and the one item that can wait to be handled in good time. I highly recommend Cook’s Auto Repair and I myself will use their services when it comes time for replacing the brake pads and brake shoes! Thanks, Gage for your excellent service!
