I walked in and a very attractive clerk didn't even acknowledge my presence for 5 minutes while she talked on the phone.I finally interrupted and someone and someone else decided to help. Well why didn't they help before?None of the materials had been pulled they said would be pulled. And they never even acknowledged they gave us the wrong parts.Rude and incompetent.

A huge shout out to Alicia who really saved our project from being pushed out a week. We ordered tile from Flooring Liquidators - quoted a date for delivery that was pushed out twice hence leaving us with contractors lined up for Monday and the tile is the key to the project and I could not find anything close to it until.....I was referred to Cortopassi and thankfully Alicia answered the phone. I explained our dilemma, she was ON IT - I had an email with some samples similar to what we had ordered from the other vendor within an hour - dim's, pricing - all of it spelled out. She was so prompt and professional and really turned my day around.She's a prime example of what excellent customer service and professionalism looks like.Thank you Alicia!!!

Advertised as open on Saturdays. Drove to shop and they are closed at 9:45 on Saturday! Zero regard for patrons

Not overpriced! They'll work with you on prices, too. They are friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I'm a tile contractor and they are at least as good, if not better, than Bedrosians or other tile stores. In my opinion. ;)

I was introduced to this place by the contractor who remodeled our bathroom. Honestly, I'd of never known about these guys unless he would have brought me there to pick up some things we'd need for the finish work.Jerry and his staff are super-friendly and knowledgeable. They know their business and can help with finding just about anything you need tile-related.Don't expect there will be anything that I will need in the next 10 years, but if there is, I'll definitely be heading here first.

I visited Cortopassi several times in the last few weeks as I struggled to make numerous selections for a kitchen & bath remodel. Unlike several other shops I visited, Cortopassi always had staff available on the floor for questions and thoroughly and quickly researched & responded to detailed questions I had. They have a great selection of products and all of the staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable. Pam has been especially great to work with and guided me through what would otherwise be an overwhelming process, thank you!

Great place and great service! This, for me, is like a kid in a candy shop! There are SO MANY beautiful options, it's amazing. I haven't seen this at any other tile shop. The toughest thing for me was narrowing it down to one item. The service is also impeccable! Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have a beautiful tile showroom on one side, and a "pro's" side on the back with components, tools, etc. Best price my husband has found for the Schluter system components (waterproofing stuff for behind/under tile, etc. for showers/baths), as well as knowledgeable staff to run questions by.

the WORST customer service we have experienced in a long time. Alicia whom we dealt with had the worst attitude and was so demeaning. I would never use them again for any service.

This review is more about their customer service than overall selection. We've been in numerous times to try and pick the tile that is right for us. Brought home and brought back several samples (complimentary which is nice). The younger girl that I believe is in the Cortopassi family now went back to college, she has always been super helpful. The man and dog Nala are great and my kids enjoyed talking to the gentleman and playing with the cute dog, but here is where they lost my business...The blond lady at the desk talks behind peoples backs and about their customers in a negative way. I've heard it a few times during our visits and didn't say anything. Today I heard her talking about us to another employee. We simply asked if the marble that stated it was "for medium use" was still alright for bathroom flooring, her sarcastic remark back was "it's marble, you can use it anywhere" wasn't well received. She then said her vendors brought in some new items, she will go back and see if there was large hex - we looked around more, waited, then saw her sitting at the desk chatting so I approached her and asked if there was anything new received...she said no and you didn't like the hex already over there so that's it. I was confused as to what she was pointing at - the hex where exactly?! (We had a handful out). Something we looked at weeks ago? Since she didn't seem to care to stand up and walk over and didn't have any other options to show, I told my family let's go. We are now heading to a different place. I don't expect you to design our flooring out but as an employee I do expect assistance, respect and attentiveness. The store was not very busy and if it was, just let us know you'll get back to us. Such a bummer since we had high hopes for this place.
