Honestly this place is a classic store the products are nice mainly there never in stock. I noticed a lot of nasty approaches to Mexican /black women men even witness a family getting approached by the manager aggressively asking if the are licensed, but if it was a Caucasian woman, there would be no issue. I was a previously employee I would constantly get harassed about little stuff for using the bathroom having a fear and anxiety to even go to the back rooom to get a drink of water this company is truely twisted I would never recommend anyone to work there there very low budget it’s is very unprofessional how unfairly treated I was, and some customers. On shipment day I wore a plan white shirt and some leggings with white vans a lay and had some makeup I was harassed bullied and insulted by the manager sherry benson maggio and Val they brought me to the back room and sat me in aClaster phobic circle sitting next to them while they were harassing me insulting me even taking pictures of me sitting down without my consent to “show hr what I looked like” This was not the first time it has been the fourth. And last because I could no longer take it they pay 16.00 even my coworker who promoted did not get a raise they lied to me about promotion constantly harassing me for attendance during the first month while the manager told me that there was a grace period. The body language that the manager gives out is sometime inappropriate especially on a sales floor. They lied about a new hire honestly there is not difference between a Walmart and this store expect that the store is for licensed or students in the beauty industry to get products. I recently just got hired at a real professional place as a beauty advisor doing the same thing for 19.50 I wore slacks pumps and a blazer I was hired on the spot now I will be working with expensive brands. God has truely blessed me this place is so wrong even my cosmetology teacher at Federico Beauty Institute while she was a student she was denied when she showed proof of credentials, and they still did not allow her to shop and she’s African-American this place is very miserable and sad I wish I could Persue to sue but I did not stay

The only location I love going to hands down! Jocelyn has one of the best teams who go above and beyond. I have worked for Cosmoprof previously and I love the customer service I get now as a client. Jocelyn and her team cares! They understand and will do whatever within their power to ensure that their clients are taken care of whether if you're shopping for yourself or your clients. You can always bounce ideas and trust that they will collectively help you find what you need.

This is my GO TO Cosmo prof! I drive past 2 just to go here. Jocelyn is the BOMB!!!! She is soooo helpful. So sweet and I love everything about her! I get the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE here!!!! This COSMO PROF ROCKS!!!!

Honestly probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've gone in here a few times now and they've been rude everytime. It's been the same employees one with blue hair and the other with brunette with pink tips. I was given the wrong recommendation and I did use half the product, but it was not what I was looking for. I wanted to return it or at least exchange it because I was given false information, but still no luck. The next time I came in, I was not greeted, they did not check on me, and they did not say goodbye. It was one of the most awkward transactions I've every experienced. The whole time I was paying for the product, not one word left either employee. Just silence. It was like I was given attitude my entire time there. Yeah, I wanted to return a product a few days prior, but that does not mean I should be given any attitude for something that is a part of retail. I don't know how these people want a career with dealing with the public when they can't even handle a simple customer problem without giving attitude. That's part of the job and it should be a non-issue. Learn better customer service or you will never be successful in your feild.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and equipment they sell. The store is clean, bright, and well organized.

I like CosmoProf cause they have a variety of selections but the customer service here SUCKS!! Every time I come in the employees that are there have no freaking knowledge and lazy as hell!! I come to this one cause it's convenient but I may have to choose another location cause those broads have no knowledge about anything and rude!!

The employees are very helpful and if they dont have something in stock they will order it for you and call you when it comes in. They carry a great variety of pro brands too which is great. I always go here for all of my hair product needs.
