Would be zero stars if I could. Chelsea has the worst customer service and the manager here supports it. Go elsewhere because chances are they won't even sell to you if they could. Waste of time and Chelsea is a complete waste of human space POS

I just wanted to say that this location is one of the best cosmo profs I have ever been to. They have with an amazing staff. Today Monika helped me and she was the nicest person I’ve come across in a long time. She was so helpful and patient. She took the time to explain everything to me and helped me achieve my dream hair with the best products I could find. She was absolutely wonderful and deserves a big raise!!(:

Very unprofessional. I walked in minding my business and i first asked if i needed help and i decline. Not even 2 minutes later the lady asked if i even had a cosmo card smh. Never will i shop in there again.

I was there yesterday. I walked in, the girls stopped talking, but did not greet me. They continued their conversation and when they were finished(approximately 2 minutes later) they asked me if I needed help. The advertised product was not in stock. The manager(Kay) was kind of rude. I asked her if I tried something and didn't like it could I return it, she sprayed the product in the air and then in the cap so I could smell it and told me she would rather I just smelled it now and didn't return it if I didn't like it. Being in the beauty business she should know things smell different ON PEOPLE. Plus, you spraying the products means now you are selling a used product. Not to me, but to someone else since I passed on it. I'm not going to buy a product after you wasted a while use in the air. And who knows if I am the first one you sprayed it for. Needless to say, won't be returning. I was okay until my interaction with the manager. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. She was talking to me like she just knew I was going to bring it back. Also, she lost out on $32 by not having the advertised product in stock. I will drive a little further to receive better service at my usual location. I was giving this one a try because it's close to my home. UPDATE: still one star... why can't this place break a $100 for a fifty dollar sale at 12:45? They have two registers and are next to a bank. That doesn't make sense. I'm thinking it's just laziness and/or bad customer service. I wish there was another store close to my home

I would give no stars. I brought in my cosmetology license, and my state issued ID. I asked to get a professional card, without looking at me, the blonde woman there says I can't get it. I ask why, she feeds me a BS answer, which made no sense. Politely I said "ok thank you" and turned to leave, and she proceeded to give me the sarcastic customer service voice saying "have a nice day". I get it if you don't like your job, but I was calm the whole time. She never explained why I couldn't get a professional card. Needless to say, I drove to a location in Midtown, and was treated so much better. Would give no stars if I could.
