This is only because of the food court associate Gloria. She was very rude and dismissed me without even helping me. I ordered a hot dog and soda combo and was order #002. I hear her go up to number 7 and was wondering if I was skipped or my order was taken. It was lunch rush, so I understand the frustration but she just rudely said "your order is not ready." I was waiting almost 20 minutes at this point and just decided to take my loss and just leave. I usually never had a problem but I'm second guessing to ever coming back to this costco. If you see Gloria working, save your time and money because you may not see your food or money with her there.

This Costco is a hit and miss. Hate to say it but there is always the same people that park very badly when pumping gas. There are good employees whom deal with the problem. Nice and polite. To the point, there are good employees and bad ones. In before the fact, the manager allows bad behaviors and definitely knows the one I'm writing about in the following paragraphs. They most definitely hired the persons. The major miss today was in the restock vegetable / fruit section. Where an older employee was being corrected by a younger employee working harder n faster. That being said I got the older persons attention at a bad moment and the person asked me if I needed to get by. Which was a yes, then the person mockingly asked if I wanted him to put grapes in my cart. Which I ignored. Shockingly the person kept at it and loudly said I was lost to his younger companion. Forcing the younger employee into a toxic conversation about a customer. The way the young employee reacted, was that of a toxic relationship and indicated a hostile work environment. Be on the thugs side, or be destroyed. You can find this behavior, among a certain group of employees at Costco always. Spreading hate and disgusting attitudes where they go to the point where they are too afraid to report borderline racist comments of employees answering by saying back where you came from. Props to the young employee for trying. Hope he survives the toxic atmosphere and attitude of the few employees that feel the need to destroy the culture and atmosphere. Racism doesn't exist. Call evil out when you see it. This Costco keeps evil employees to dish out their own problems against employees they want to make quit. They can never be fired due to this.

Friendly staff and always fully stocked. I like this location because there is always something new for me to try and the staff is always extremely helpful.

Best Customer Service of all of Northern California's Costco's. We love the long-standing employees, the Costco Kirkland products, especially, the Rotisserie Chickens & Foodcourt, and who doesn't love Costco's overall Vibe?! Appreciate Pharmacy, miss the photo center . Do I dislike anything? Not at all. As a wife and Mom of four, I am so grateful to have a Costco Membership. I will always appreciate Costco.

I love Costco for its quality and price, and hopefully they stay in business for a long time. I have a suggestion that I believe will increase their bottom line. This is already done by other companies, an example is a gym membership. For an additional small membership fee, a new member of a family is added to the gym/club membership. I believe Costco should implement something similar by allowing parents who are already paying a full membership fee to add a young adult going to college or university, and living in dorms or apartments away from home. Allow this and charge parents a small amount to add young adult kids, kids can shop at Costco for their needs, paying cash, debit cards, or credit card. How about it Costco? Isn't this a great idea to recruit your would be new customers now and into their adult life.

Clean well organized, sometimes too organized. They like to move items around to get you to shop more and it works every time. Came in for two items and leaving with more than what I came for. Good thing they always have great deals and have more than what you need. The staff are also very friendly and help with look for things that you actually came for. Great return policy expect for Alcohol, electronics and jewelries Other else if you are not satisfied with your purchase they take it back with full refund.

The food court service is terrible. Why would have the option to order over the phone when no one picked up? I came in for 3 pizza and it took about 45 mins. The front line staffs are a bit obnoxious. Once I have received my orders they wouldn't even ask if I needed plates. Few people ahead of me ordered one pizza they automatically gave them plates and chilli and cheese. This location is terrible. These people have no interest in working. I have dual membership. I don't really need to shop at Costco. Most people do not realized they have items are way too expensive. People are obnoxious like they are the owners of the place. The management is probably unprofessional to not know anything within their operations. It's ridicule to come in to buy foods and got an obnoxious attitude for no reason. This location has been going downhill since. I noticed Sam's club starting to have more customers due to the fact that they have mobile pay as well. Costco is way behind.

The food court customer service is horrid. I have to say the people doesn't want to work. I only asked for plates, pepper and cheese. The associate is so lazy she doesn't want to lift her fingers. I am ordering 3 pizza and she doesn't want to give out plates. Funny how she would give it to people ordering 1 pizza. It could be racial profiling. Who knows!! I am getting tired of the food court at this location. I am paying to get treated like that. Sadly, it's only 10 A.M and already people with attitude. I would need to stop coming here for some pizza and get mistreated like this. People should be aware of this location.

Was falsely accused of stealing yesterday by one of the ladies that check receipts later on in the day. I went to return some pants but I couldn't get a refund so I went shopping inside. After I finish paying for everything I go to the exit door and show my receipt and the white lady with the candy corn nails and turkey hat asks me very rudely what was this box I paid for I pointed at the Indian soup box I bought and said it's this. She then said oh okay and gave me back the receipt then proceeds to ask what the Walmart bag is. I told her that it's costco pants I wanted to return but it got denied. She then asks me for the receipt for the pants and I repeat myself 2 times saying that it was a return but it got denied and she can ask the lady at the returns desk if she doesn't believe me. She then tells me 2 times that when returns are denied we cannot shop in the store with them and that we have to put it back in the car. I told her that no one at the customer service desk told me that and she makes us go to the side. She doesn't even try to get a manager to verify if I was actually "stealing" or anything she just made me wait for 10 minutes to the side refusing to get anyone to verify the bag of pants and is just crossing off customers list embarrassing me in public. I had to myself go talk to the customer service lady saying that the lady at the exit isn't letting me leave the building can you please help me. She waved at her multiple times so I had to run back to the exit telling her that lady at customer service helped me. The receipt checker keeps pressing a button on the wall calling for the wrong lady at the customer service desk and she keeps checking receipts instead of going herself over there at customer service to verify the stuff. I keep telling her it's that lady with the brown bun waving and she says "The blonde lady?" multiple times and I tell her no the lady over there waving. I eventually had to tell her "Why else would she be waving at you if it's not for me?" and then she finally let's me go. I get that it's her job to check receipts but she shouldn't make a customer go run back and forth between customer service and the exit trying to prove that I'm not stealing when she should be the one doing that why else is she getting paid on the clock. She doesn't try to get a manager or anyone to help out either which is ridiculous. The customer service associates are amazing and very sweet they did their best but this lady is extremely rude she needs to get written up or something.

This will be my second time posting about the horrific experience I’ve had at this costco , a few days ago we went shopping here as we usually do , we ordered 2 whole pizzas told 30 min wait my husband stood where every one stands to hear # to be called ( right in front of food place ) waited in total 1 hour and 50 min for our pizza and there were still taking orders and calling people numbers , the gentleman and workers were stereotype and unprofessional and racist in my opion , my husband waiting 30 min then asked not ready , then again for every 20 min in the mean time this man’s and woman were calling every one’s numbers and my husband and I were being patient people saying they only waited 20 min they only waited 10 min , etc we noticed they were calling people orders that ordered after us , witch was rediulous after waiting the 1 hr and 50 min we were the last 2 people waiting for food they called a person that orders after us again went back up there to this Asian lady who was being rude as heck she rudely told my husband I called your order already we politely said no u did not we have been standing here this whole time , she tried to argue ( they would call a lot of random numbers through out this period) these people were completely being rude at one point being racist towards us not professional, usually on average a person should wait 30 min , but not this day I’m complaining and will continuously post about this because of how horrible experience we received I’m seriously thinking we may not shop at this Costco any more we are executive members as well (and I’m going to add another lady asked us what membership we had ) I told her and she didn’t ask any one else ? Again do better I will keep posting so every one knows if I could give negative stars I would

SHOUT OUT to the tire department very please with the service. I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour to get the 4 tires mounted etc...It took just a little over an hour.

bring back supreme pizza option back to food court in all costco locations please....... not alot of people post about it, however alot of people complain and wonder why the supreme pizza is not on the menu when it definitely should be.

Horrible experience at this location. Went to self check out and I had two case of 40pack Kirkland brand water and few baby clothes. I asked one of the worker there to help scan his response is “sure I can help with the water” with no emotion showing he wanted to help at all. Then at exit where the workers check your receipt she goes and digs through the baby clothes I bought as if it’s hers. Super rude and unprofessional. I would never return to this Costco again. Worst experience ever.
