The Crest Theatre is a grand old theater in pristine condition, offering an intimate and historic experience for music and entertainment. With comfortable seating for around 875 people, the venue boasts excellent sound quality. While the seats could use some updating, the overall atmosphere and ambiance of the theater are praised. Visitors can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink at the nearby Empress before a show. However, the surrounding area can be a bit sketchy due to the presence of homeless individuals. Despite this, the Crest Theatre is an excellent venue with a great staff and highly recommended for those visiting Sacramento.
The concert was packed, it was wonderful as always.

I just love the Crest but I can no longer sit in their balcony because they don't have any railings going up the middle of the aisles. The two times ago when I was there four people fell.

Excellent venue. We went there for a comedy show. Took a star down because I wish they had a more healthy food selection: all they have is sodas, popcorn and candies, all overpriced.
