Awful service and awful employees they r clueless they don’t know what they r doing and they always texting n talking on the phone while helping the customer I have no idea why he charged me 55$ activation fee for getting a sim?? The employee said he de had no idea either??

Refusing to refund purchase on device. I'm eligible to return my phone since it was before the 7 day period. Owner / manager is refusing, giving me the runaround excuses. Got on the phone with their cooperate customer service. Their very own agent escalated this issue to the regional manager due to dealer not following their terms and agreements. I hope they learned their lesson over a $140 dispute.

Well I called the number to your store and it kept taking me to the answering machine which was full and when I finally spoke to someone and asked a question they hung up in my face I haven't even come in to buy anything yet that's bad from the start
