I was dreading buying a new phone, but Andrea walked me thru the process and transferred everything so that I was good to go when I walked out. She answered every question without making me feel shamed because I'm older. Andrea was amazing how she juggled customers coming in so that no one had to wait, and she tackled difficult problems with patience and positivity and solved each issue. She is so knowledgeable. This employee deserves a big raise, her excellent customer service gives Cricket a great reputation. Thank you Andrea for the great experience!

The girl was new, so it really wasn't her fault. I had the transfer my number over from that overpriced piece of you know what T-Mobile, and it just took probably longer than I should. But boy did I say about $60 dollars a month! So the wait was well worth it.

The gentleman who helped me at 3:10 today was very rude and unprofessional, he was on break until 315 and I had misread the sign and instead of allowing me to wait outside and explain it to me he says "it's fine I guess I'll help you out" and let me in. Then tried to clock in just to say "see here's the issue it won't let me clock in so now we will wait together" I would of preferred a proper education and allowed me to wait I would have no problem but instead you bring me in, treat me like an inconvenience and then get frustrated with me about it. I didn't beg you to let me in and assist me right then, I thought the sign said three and called the store to check at 3:05 to see if someone was coming. Customer service is not hard, do better.
