CVS Pharmacy on Franklin act like they are too busy to even acknowledge you are even in line. Once in line they focus so hard on the screen they don't see you. You will sit for over 20 minutes in line waiting. Waiting just to be seen. It's sad because the rest of the store is great it's just the pharmacy.

Literally never do what they're supposed to. I spend hours every month trying to get them to fill any of my 6 prescriptions right. Did you put that med on auto refill? They don't care because it won't be in stock and they'll partial fill without advising you and then you can't get more because you insurance thinks you have it already. They literally put in no effort, never apologize, tell you it's your fault, and smile as you walk away crying for the fifth time because you can't get your necessary medication. I've called corporate three times about them. Nothing changes. Only fill here if they aren't critical.

They LOST my prescription!!! CVS messaged me and said it was ready for pick up. When I got there I waited 45 minutes for 3 people to search for it!!! I left in tears because I needed my medication. I got a call the next day stating they found it! It was an EXTREMELY important medication and I am blessed that I didn't suffer too badly with out it! All they said, when I finally picked it up, was, "we're sorry for the inconvenience."I could've ended up in the hospital! Their apology didn't/doesn't mean anything to me! I go there because it's close to my home. I'm disabled and have a difficult time just getting to and from there. Otherwise, I'd definitely go elsewhere!!! There needs to be some kind of accountability for these types of situations!!!

Picking up meds is like waiting at the damn DMV!!!! Over 1hr. SMH these workers are slow slow slow, stand around and talk and joke when your actually in pain waiting for your meds.

Store people overall are great but pharmacy is always late from lunch. Lunch is 12:30-1according to the phone line. It's 1:08 and no sign of anyone opening up. Just found a sign they will be back at 1:15. There is a line of people waiting. I have places to be and I counted on the pharmacy being open and available when they claim to be available. Either change your phone line to saying they always do 1:15 instead of 1 or be a good manager and enforce the rules to be here at 1. Plain and simple.

I would like to recognize Marlo for calling me today and making sure that I am receiving all my medication and did I receive it all together at once to make it easier for myself. I sure do appreciate time and effort he was a pleasure to talk to very patient and kind. I also want to thank Dr Pryor he is also awesome he takes the time to call me as well and that means so much to me because it tells me that he cares actually that they all care for my well-being and that is a true blessing to me so if anyone out there is looking for good pharmacy CVS on Franklin and sutterville is the place to go you can have a great friendly relationship with the staff and the pharmacist I pray that you all keep up the great work!!

Has its own parking lot. Mostly clean interior, except the floor needs sweeping. Some shelves were empty or messy. Very few customers around in the afternoon on the weekend. The staff don't wear masks. There was some kind of incident right before I came in, as there was an employee standing by the entrance and a manager(?) telling him not to allow a customer to shop if said customer came back. Leftover Easter products are on clearance and 50% off. Unfortunately, there wasn't much unless you're looking to gorge on chocolate rabbits and peeps. One thing I noticed is that the plush toys were dirty. Nothing you can't brush off with a little effort, but it was odd.

How awful... when you are in desperate need of baby formula and have a coupon from Similac don't come here. No one knows how to process Similac coupons and they call the manager his response was "o'well too bad". Although I come here all the time and wait forever for other people to use coupons endlessly. Terrible customer service "too bad" attitude is seriously frustrating. As a mom with a newborn going to a neighborhood store for much needed baby formula to be treated poorly is unacceptable and sad. I ended up just buying a can because I really need it. I will need to find somewhere else to go in the future because CVS is not it.

I never thought I would review a CVS. I felt compelled to do so after seeing the poor reviews this location had received, reluctantly went there today, and was pleasantly surprised with friendly service and a well-stocked store. Unfortunately, most people go review places like this when they are pissed off. it's perfectly fine, visit and purchase with confidence.

What a shame , it seems to be a trend that all the drugstores in Sac have been the worst customer service I've ever encountered . The running commonality I've seen is poor management . When a store or restaurant has a bad manager or leader it is evident in the rude demeanor and carelessness of their employees . They are held to no standard because the management behaves the same condescending unapologetic way as his crew. I shopped at CVS daily for months. Was close to my house and convenient, however I Just couldn't continue with the disrespect that was so prevalent in that store, I'm over it. I'll gladly drive further to be a valued customer elsewhere.

This pharmacy is in dire need of some hiring. The drive up window is extremely inconsistent in hours. They keepchanging their handwritten sign regularly so customers literally roll the dice pulling up to see if window is open. Example today sign says drive up open at 10am, it's now 11am and stillnot open. This has been the case over a dozen visits in past year. Such a poorly staffed and managed pharmacy.

I come and they told me that they're \"too busy.\" Thanks for wasting almost 3 hours of my day and making it so I have to take off another day from work. The pharmacist was unmoved. Their resolve hardened mine to always avoid CVS.

Efficient, quick & easy - love the drive-thru!I’ve changed my review bc I deal w them a lot & their consistency & professionalism never seems to falter! I now get *ALL* my RX & OTC meds here & I’m not gonna switch anytime soon!
