My husband has been fighting with them for months. To get the correct medication for me and they still don't get it. And all I hear is lies when I approach the import or when my husband approaches them for it all, I hear is lies. Take your business somewhere else because this one. It's just so bad, it's not worth with even hassling or going there. And general, I would say, c v s is a bad pharmacy. I just moved all of our prescriptions. My husband and mine over to parkside, pharmacy.

You know, I've always had trouble at this location. Sometimes I just don't wanna listen and they totally ignore what you're tellin them. And then when they finally get it, they make even bigger mistakes. It's just what the hell is going on.. once again a bunch of stupidity, I have been coming there for a very long time, and i'm editing my review just because you need to know this. They cannot get your prescriptions correctly. I would run as far as I can away from these places. I'm taking my stuff to parkside pharmacy from now on, because I am just done with it.

A decent pharmacy, can be crowded sometimes. Not always on top of sending me a notice that my Rx is ready.
The drive thru window is filthy - the window is dirty with remnants of tape stuck to it, spider webs clinging to many parts and weeds growing from the crevices. About an hour of cleaning and after that quick weekly sweeping would take care of it but sadly our culture doesn't value cleanliness any more.

Absolute waste of time. I had six other customers ahead of me, and not a single one was an easy interaction. The rep had a hard time finding the patient in the computer, then a very hard time finding the medication, going from one shelf to another. Will not go back.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have dealt with! Have been coming here for many years and not sure what has changed but the pharmacy can’t seem to do things correctly, finally got fed up and pulled my prescriptions out!

This CVS has wonderful customer service. Walking with a cane and without a cart available I would not have been able to purchase all the items I needed. Karen, the manager stepped in and accompanied me so that I could purchase the items that I needed. That was a gesture above and beyond - stellar customer service.

This store is very friendly, everytime I visit. They know what they're doing. They keep it very professional and the store is cleaner than most.

The worst experience ever! I have have been to CVS stores in the worst neighborhoods and have been treated with the upmost respect. This Folsom store is a joke. The cashiers acted like I owed them something. So rude at ring up. There was huffing and puffing because a coupon was not scanning. Plus I came to pick up a picture mug to only realize it double printed and I had to return and wait 20 extra minutes I did not have. I am not happy!

The customer service at this location is extremely poor and rude. I came here three times already, and all those times it was like the employees don’t want customers to ask them for help or assistance. I’m not saying all of them, but at least those I had to ask. One is a gay dude and the other is a female who kinda look white/latina. I hope to see this store gets a better customer service next time. #sad

April 18 2024 8:05am Terrible Reviews for this Location ? Not Suprising. I usually come to this store every morning during my bus run to grab snacks. Long story short. Stop using the Code " Customer Service Scan each isle" to watch black ppl while they shop at this location. The store is in a suburban area. Your reviews suck and hardly anybody is ever in the store so things can't be that bad to go about a security camera Infront of black Customers. Just know this black Customer makes 2.5 times your salary and you make less than a McDonald's cook. Have a great day ?
