Oh my god, did I just have the wildest experience with a pharmacy tech from here! They called me and had me spell my child’s last name and provide his date of birth over and over again. I gave it to them each time, even phonetically, trying to do what she was asking, but she was growing more rude and disrespectful as she got annoyed. I kept confirming which CVS she was calling from and even gave the cross streets of our normal CVS. She said it was the correct one multiple times, so I kept trying to answer her requests and verify my son. On about the 5th time I tried to confirm her location again which prompted her to ask a coworker and then she realized she was calling from the wrong CVS. After that, she promptly hung up. It was absolutely crazy.

The clerks at the pharmacy are friendly and professional. It's where I get all of my prescriptions.

The store was well stocked, which was a pleasure after the dearth of product at another drug store I used to go to. There was only one employee in the store however, and she had to be at the register as well as unlock the cases for the beauty products. She told me never to shop at cvs between noon and 1pm since there is only one employee working at that time. This is ridiculous. The store should have a minimum of two staff and preferably more. They might also have less shoplifting with more employees working

Poor customer service from the pharmacist. She was Interruptive, brash, and not interested in listening to the customer. Keep her away from the phones!

Great customer service that goes above and beyond. Just bought baby formula and the cashier was extremely helpful making sure I got the right product.

Raise my prescription by over 200% and had terrible customer service in doing so and did not care whatsoever about losing anyone's business. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

CVS pharmacy is always my first choice for prescriptions. Recently transferred to this CVS from a different one and it is very well kept, clean, organized and stocked. The employees are very nice and friendly. I will have to say I am happy with the transfer. I never have any problems, other than for some reason the male pharmacy technicians always seem to have an attitude and aren't very empathetic, and they give off the vibes of not wanting to help with questions at the drop off window.

My husband, I, and our neighbors found this CVS on Fair Oaks a nice, safe and clean one to shop. It's conveniently located. The manager Greg is cheerful, helpful and all his associates are delightful. Everybody that works here is polite, efficient, quick and eager to help.
We always love to shop here.
