We love this place staff & pharmacy. I don't know why yahll talking hella crap. Cvs hasn't changed your attitude 😒 has. They're even dog friendly.

The pharmacist had an extremely inpatient attitude and talked to me with an upset tone. They also had the wrong number on file, giving my prescription information to someone else.

The CVS store in the Pocket area is similar to the other CVS stores in Sacramento. The store is too big for the current business they're doing. The sales floor looks pretty empty and a lot of shelves are not filled with anything. The only section that has some customers is the pharmacy department. I don’t how long CVS will keep their full size stores including this one in the Pocket area.

This store is relatively convenient for us, in the general neighborhood and usually kept in good condition. Unfortunately, the prices here have become nosebleed sticker shock expensive. Even their store brand items are very pricey. Cereal, for example, are all $6+ up for a standard size box, some as much as $10. I'm sure everything is priced up for people to buy like it's a convenience store, but still prices here have become very unreasonable. I only ever come if there's an item I can't get anywhere else and /or there's a coupon I need to use up.

Walked in early this morning and two employees were talking on the floor. Not one said welcome or good morning! They just looked at me and continued their conversation. Then shortly after I heard someone else walked in and it was like a chorus ? good morningggggg....welcome to CVS. I then asked for help with a product that was locked in and the looks were like i was interrupting the greatest thing known to man! They should greet EVERYONE and behave like theyre ready to work. That wouldn't happen with Carolyn or Erin.

I’ve had no issues with the pharmacy here after having my prescription transferred in. Even when it was out of stock for my refill, they had it back available for me 2 days later. Delivery is available for free if you subscribe to ExtraCare Plus for five dollars per month. The pharmacy techs communicate well and return calls quickly. As for the front of store, it appears to be stocked well and cashiers are friendly. ATM machine lotto vending inside.

Horrible pharmacy. This pharmacy used to be compassionate and helpful. New ppl working and they have purposely and maliciously made getting my prescription difficult to the point I have stopped using cvs altogether. They won't order certain brands and they don't care if your prescription says brand name only. They tell you your prescription must say brand name only but when you get it changed to say that they do not honor it. They are rude with attitudes and make a simple non narcotic prescription difficult to get filled making it an allday event of phone calls. They act clueless about insurance and take forever to get insurance approval. I miss the old staff that worked here the new staff is incompetent and could care less about you getting what you need. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I asked where there restrooms were and one of the employees immediately shook his head and said go next door. It's a CVS what if someone had a emergency? I have a CVS close to where I live. I go in there all the time but I'm never going into any cvs ever again. I can find what I need elsewhere.

I asked where there restrooms were and one of the employees immediately shook his head and said go next door. It's a CVS what if someone had a emergency? I have a CVS close to where I live. I go in there all the time but I'm never going into any cvs ever again. I can find what I need elsewhere.

This CVS has, by far, the best staff anywhere. They are welcoming and always willing to help. They are ALL great representatives of CVS!!!

All of the sudden, they do not fill prescriptions from Planned Parenthood! I've had the same medication refilled by this CVS pharmacy for the last 1.5 yrs. This time I go to pick up the refill, and first the pharmacy manager tells me that the prescription expired 2 days ago, so I can no longer pick up my refill. She says she has to call the physician to get it refilled. AFTER I leave, she calls to harass me about why the doctor's office is out of town, I explained to her that at P.P. nurse practitioners have the physician fill the prescription, but she wasn't satisfied with my answer and continued to treat me like I was lying to her and trying to con her. Like I said before, I've been using this CVS pharmacy, for the same medication without any issues whatsoever ever until today. I will never shop, refill, or do any kind of business with this CVS again. Shameful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this location to fill a prescription, and proceeded to leave the store. However I was followed by the District Manager Ryan Vaughn whom followed me to the front of the store to write down my license plate number. I asked him what he was doing & he accused me of stealing. This was the craziest experience I’ve ever had in my life, and quite frankly it was very disturbing. I was appalled and captured the entire encounter on video. He embarrassed me in front of a store full of people. When I asked if he was accusing me of stealing due to my racial background, a woman in the line said well I think you’re stealing because of your race. This was a very traumatic experience for me, and it was extremely humiliating. I asked him to check the cameras so he could indeed see that I had not taken anything, and he refused. He also refused to apologize. Ryan is not a nice person, and should not be managing stores if he is going to accuse people of crimes based on their race.

Friendly staff. However, They are doing business. I wanted to make a money order, and the cashier did not accept my card and asked for cash. There was an ATM machine inside the store that charged you more fees.
