Never go here again. Say post be open at 8am and it was 8 mins after 8 and still nothing. If a business can’t open on time why not say you open later

The employee named Mai Do is so mean. We've never felt so discriminated and humiliated. People like that shouldn't work in customer service.

Every time I try to pick up my medication this cvs location has a problem with their system. Today they closed the store at 350pm. I had back surgery and need to get my pain meds with no luck. There were customers waiting around the locked store doors with the same problem. This location needs to close down or get it together!!!!!

The CVS store on Mack Road is one of the newly opened CVS. The store looks very beautiful outside. But the store seems like 30 years old once you walk inside. I don't know why all the CVS stores look old, even those just opened within the last few years. Also, the store has a lot of empty or semi-empty shelves and some empty spaces. Some of the items are locked up behind the clear plastic doors too!

I picked two stars for this CVS location because going in and out of this store is very scary because lots of homeless people approach you form no where and there’s no security around. However, the representatives working inside store provide good customer service.

Very dissatisfied. Came in today in the AM for a Covid shot and they were so rude and unprofessional. Told me that I cannot be seen without an appointment. I asked if I can make an appointment on the scene and they said to go online and make it or to call them? I confirmed that they wanted me to call THEIR LINE instead of TALKING WITH THEM since I was already there. It just made no sense. The clerk agreed and proceeded scheduling me an appointment when the pharmacist (a younger asian female, I wish I got her name) interrupted and told the clerk "just tell her to come at 2". I asked for clarifications why I cannot be seen and she had no response and was very rude and unprofessional. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Got a Covid shot at Wallmart on Florin in 10 mins.

I don't recommend purchasing photo products other than prints from here. I purchased photo magnets. They are prints glued to a magnet. They aren't even cut to fit each other.
