Always kind, compassionate, willing to help and responsive when needed. Staff always goes above and beyond! My go to pharmacy right now. Thank you to all of the staff!

They are so kind and helpful, after having dealt with a bad pharmacy down the road, they actually took the time to call my son's doctor to change his prescription, took care of it all and in less than 30 minutes,and I was on my way out. I 100 percent recommend this place, very happy with the service they provided me.

I'm done with this place. The pharmacist asked me if I wanted a flu shot and I thought sure why not. Then he jabs me and pushes it in so fast, it burned and it never felt so awful before. I get one every year so I'm used to what to expect. Will get one at doc's office from now on. Why unnecessarily hurt people? Then I recently went to pick up refills and I walked up to the counter. A young lady behind the counter was busy with something right in front of me with her back to me. I waited and didn't want to disturb her. I have a lingering dry cough so I had to clear my throat a few times. This lady in a white coat comes out from the back and says "You don't have to clear your throat--just say hello!" I was just shocked! So rude..perhaps someone at a pharmacy counter has a dry cough!!??

This CVS is always prompt when I place an order. The pharmacist can always answer questions about any drug and able to give advice what would work best for one's personal needs.Lines can be long depending what time of day it is (and customers who like to chit-chat excessively).

Terrible customer service at this CVS/Target location. The representatives are rude, insincere, and uncaring. They weren't interested in transferring my prescriptions from my former CVS Pharmacy. My health advocate contacted the manager, and although he was reluctant, he agreed to transfer the medications. Unfortunately, the next hurdle was that he wouldn't fill the medication because it was not in stock at this particular CVS location. I expressed to the manager that he doesn't seem very helpful and that I'd appreciate it if he'd fill my medications. His response was to ban me from service at this CVS location while making up an obsurd fictional story about one of his employees crying her eyes out because she overheard me tell the manager that he isn't helpful. Ridiculous! I called CVS later that day to get the store number and report it to Corporate Headquarters. When I called to speak to the manager to get the store number, his assistant answered and told me that James (the manager) is on lunch break. I asked if he'd give James a message, but I was told that James doesn't like to be interpreted while he's eating his Wong-Tong Soup. That's completely inappropriate! Worst service ever!

This Target/CVS Sacramento location requires major intervention from CVS upper management.The pharmacists lack motivation to do their job. Nor are they concerned with providing satisfactory customer service. They don't care about their customers. Their attitude is abrupt and demeaning. No smile from the pharmacist and no pleasantries whatsoever.Worse yet, it has become a daunting task to convince them to fill my prescription medications. In the meantime, I've reached out to the CVS Corporate Office, filed a formal complaint, and am waiting for a response.

I have been here today at 1:29 p.m. to pickup my son's medicine. Their lunch time is from 1:30 to 2 p.m. One of the CVS staff members checked my son's name on their computer, and the medicine was ready. When the time reached 1:30, he told me it was lunch time and we had to close. Whereas if they gave medicine, it would take less than a minute. In my opinion, they are very inconsiderate of customers.

Careful for this place! writing this on behalf of my mom, she received the wrong medication, and the wrong amount of 50mg pills was mixed with 100mg pills. Even the doctor said it was wrong!

This pharmacy every time I go visit my doctor and write me a re-fill this particular pharmacy refuse to do so or it get pushed behind I often run out of my medicine it happen frequently.I want to move to another pharmacy but I ended up to them again this is for my wife Ofelia deleon who get her medicine to them .

Professional, have been getting medication here for years, great customer service. They put upwith a lot, given the current climate.They are willing to help, if you ask.
