This CVS is always prompt when I place an order. The pharmacist can always answer questions about any drug and able to give advice what would work best for one's personal needs.Lines can be long depending what time of day it is (and customers who like to chit-chat excessively).

This Target/CVS Sacramento location requires major intervention from CVS upper management.The pharmacists lack motivation to do their job. Nor are they concerned with providing satisfactory customer service. They don't care about their customers. Their attitude is abrupt and demeaning. No smile from the pharmacist and no pleasantries whatsoever.Worse yet, it has become a daunting task to convince them to fill my prescription medications. In the meantime, I've reached out to the CVS Corporate Office, filed a formal complaint, and am waiting for a response.

I have been here today at 1:29 p.m. to pickup my son's medicine. Their lunch time is from 1:30 to 2 p.m. One of the CVS staff members checked my son's name on their computer, and the medicine was ready. When the time reached 1:30, he told me it was lunch time and we had to close. Whereas if they gave medicine, it would take less than a minute. In my opinion, they are very inconsiderate of customers.

Professional, have been getting medication here for years, great customer service. They put upwith a lot, given the current climate.They are willing to help, if you ask.

Pharmacy tech lied and said they didn't have my medicine and when I asked if they can help transfer it to a pharmacy who may have it he said no call your provider and I don't know what you want me to do. So I did call my provider and as I'm waiting for his boss to help another employee says that they do have my medication, I informed her that the other guy said they didn't have it (he didn't even bother to look) and she looked surprised. Anyways she was helpful but I'm still not sure why he lied I'm not sure that was even legal.

I gave them 2 and a half hours to fill my prescription and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me that they didn't have enough to fill my prescription. So when i went to pick up my prescription, I was told that I could only pick up one of the 2 prescriptions that I had put in and come back tomorrow for the second prescription. I get that it is busy and blah blah blah but but you have my number and you're filling my order!!! Let me know ahead of time if I need to go to another pharmacy!I'll never come back here to get my meds filled!!

By far the single worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in the entirety of Sacramento County. Do not get your prescriptions filled here. They never have enough stock to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. I get 5 prescriptions. They cannot manage to get them filled without me making 4 stops to the pharmacy.

Pharmacist Czarina today wasn’t very helpful. I was talking to her about my mom’s medication and she just left without saying anything. Rude!

I came in this morning to pick up my prescription. There's no one in line and two employees in the back. A man and woman. They both see I have approached the line. And instead of greeting me with. Hello how May I help you? The man goes. Do you need something?! Yes you idiot. I need my prescription. Do you really think I just felt like loitering in front of the cvs pharmacy line?! Seriously. They out did themselves this morning. They are never nice there but today was the tip of the iceberg for me. They must be trained to be rude and cold at that pharmacy. They got 1 star for me to be able to write this review. But it really is zero stars

Pharmacy was organized and customer service was fast and friendly. I had my doctor sent in electronic prescription last week. After thirty minutes, I received the text letting me know my prescription ready. Vaccination on site is a plus too.

It's frustrating that CVS fills prescriptions when I don't need them but can't fill when I do. Too bad my insurance only uses CVS!

I understand that it's cold and flu season but this location is unorganized and doesn't communicate well. I came to drop off a prescription at 12:30pm they said they had to call the urgent care and confirm the prescription. They waited for an electronic copy to be sent over for almost 40 mins before trying to reach out about it again. It resulted with me having to drive back to the urgent care and wait until I confirmed they sent it over. I come back to the pharmacy and have been here for another hour and they STILL have yet to fill my prescription when I was told they were working on it over an hour ago. So now I've been here for over two hours and had to make an extra drive back to urgent care and haven't received my prescriptions. Insane wait and lack of communication.

I understand customer service and know it’s not the easy job, can be very stressful. What you should not do is tell the people counting on you to give them what may make them or their love one better to wait or to not rush you. (10 additional minutes after the requested wait time) and the third attempt to get said prescription. I witness that and I have to admit it sadden me.
