Bruh I was about to have to pay 900 for some ear drops because of insurance lapse and they gave me a discount so it was only 29 dollars and they give my son stickers. Saved so much money I didn't have to put on my husband's credit card.

Have been trying for 5 hrs to call the pharmacy. I have cellulitis was in the hospital now need my meds & can’t even get through to speak to someone !! Absolutely useless pharmacy !!

Most horrible pharmacy ever. I was after surgery, my doctor prescribed me medication, CVS made it on 7th day, I had to survive with my pain,well ER, I never get medication medication, CVc suck!!! I already charged that fuken pharmacy

Every time I fill a prescription here I have to spend hours on call waiting just to get hung up on. They tell me my prescription is ready and I show up and it’s not. They staff is always nice, but overwhelming unhelpful. They need to communicate better with each other and fill prescriptions as soon as they come in. I don’t understand why it takes 2-3 days to fill a prescription.

Very disrespectful and they racial profile. I went to pick up a prescription they followed me through the store and then when I got my prescription the old guy that looks like "the tales from the crypt" I.D.ed me.

This is the worst run CVS in the city. The People working in the pharmacy can not care less that you need your life saving medicine. they are rude and cruel, this is not a one time thing. I have been coming here for years becuase it the closest Pharmacy to my house, and its a every time thing. They are always out of meds, somtimes meds are missing from perscriptions. Try calling them get ready to be on hold for hours, they never answer the phone. I dont know why the company continue to allow this place to be run so poorly, its a disgrace.

I work in customer service and I can not believe how incredibly rude everyone in the pharmacy is except for Fred. Literally everyone is so rude. Can’t ask a simple question without a rude response what is wrong with this pharmacy? I understand If it’s just a bad day but it’s everytime I come in ?!

The pharmacy staff are rude and outright liars. I'm there at around 9:30 this morning. I have 3 scrips to pick up. One is ready, but they tell me the other 2 are waiting for doctor approval. "The doctor" is the one sending. I left thinking maybe she's just new. So, basically, I've checked in, right? At around 3:00, I go back and tell the counter "woman" that I have 3 to pick up. She brings back a bag with one. I politely say there are 2 more, she says no. twice. Maam! I have 2 pain scripts that were verified this morning. "You'll have to talk to the pharmacist." Mind you, this started at 3 pm. I wait in line again, even letting a gentleman cut in to ask a simple question about a product. The guy couldn't even get his question out. No! You'll have to wait for the pharmacist! I got up there and asked for my 2 scripts, and bc there was an issue with the insurance approval, I said I would pay cash, as suggested by my doctor's MA. She told me that the prescription had to be denied by the insurance before I could pay cash. After I walked out, I called my doctors office and finally got to my medical assistant. She called CVS, and they told her they only sell to current customers. They have to be violating some law here.

The slowest pharmacy, the deadline for preparing my order was moved several times, I had to waste time because of them. Run away from them or wait until they finally change this staff.

Worst service ever from the Pharmacist named Madison. I went to pick up a prescription. They had 3 for me. I told them I only needed 1 of them and that even when the time came to pick up the others I would not take a substitution. This man came already confronting saying that my doctor had made a mistake and that my insurance would not pay for my medicine that's why they (CVS) substitute it. I did not have this kind of trouble at our previous CVS. I always picked up my Asthma medication and my insurance always paid for it. Just two weeks ago they insisted in giving me the replacement and I insisted in picking up my regular medicine, which I did! When he got caught in the lie that my insurance wouldn't pay, he put blame on my Doctor. He demanded to know how old was my doctor and how many years has she been practicing. He got louder and lauder, he printed two sheets of papers and said it was my doctor's fault because she hadn't mark the box for no substitution. He said he would reported right now that the doctor writes the prescriptions but employees send the faxes. At this time other employees were turning around to look at this man shouting at me for no good reason. I told him if he had a problem with my doctor then he was barking at the wrong tree. He continue his fit. I grabbed the papers and grabbed the new medicine and left. Just as a reminder Pharmacies never hand you a new prescription without the pharmacist okaying it and talking to the patient about the risks of the new medication. This young man was too busy belittling my doctor that he failed to perform his job! This is the third time I have some kind of an issue with this person. This is why I come to Yelp to write about his behavio. I hope this time CVS corporate sees it and gives this young man anger management treatment. My insurance does cover my ADVAIR and my new medication is for IBS.
